Pros: Localization is superb. Maybe not directly next to the river, but in terms of sightseeing on foot just perfect. One minute walk to the upper level of Dom Luís I Bridge allows you to be there many times during different part of a day/night.
Cons: No real coffee machine. Just capsules one, which is an absurd to be honest. First of all, you cannot use you own favorite coffee, but worse if you stay somewhere and have just few capsules for the whole week for two persons it forces you to find somewhere capsules retailer to buy some. Whereas a solution is so simple, just a moka pot. During January nights are long and sometimes cold. Fortunately, there is air-conditioning, which you can use for heating, but an open window left for the whole day until check-in was not the best idea.

great stay in the center of Porto
Pros: Great stay in Porto! perfect location to all great places, restaurants, stores, transport, etc. Modern and comfortable appartment, with all facilities needed. Great host.
Cons: there is no lift in the building so it might be hard for some to reach 4th floor by stairs,

Loved everything about this apartment — stylish, spotless, and perfectly located!
Pros: I stayed at the Filigrana Apartments (Filigrana 1, first floor) in central Porto and it was perfect! The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, and with all the amenities—exactly as shown in the photos. The location is unbeatable—steps from restaurants, shops, bars, and even a Starbucks! Just 1 minute to the Cathedral, 2 minutes to São Bento Station, and 5 minutes to the Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were wonderful! I’d absolutely recommend the Filigrana Apartments to anyone visiting Porto!

Alojamiento ideal
Pros: La ubicación es excelente. Todo está nuevo y muy limpio. La anfitriona cercana y atenta.
Cons: Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con las mantas. El apartamento tiene aire y calefacción pero nos produce dolor de cabeza. Se lo comentamos a la anfitriona y nos trajo inmediatamente más mantas para la cama.

Muy recomendable
Pros: En nuestra estancia en Oporto, la elección del alojamiento fue muy buena. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes antes, durante y después de la estancia, ofreciendo ayuda, información y todas las facilidades para la entrada y la estancia. El apartamento es muy céntrico y cubre todas las necesidades para una estancia corta y/o larga. La limpieza del mismo fue muy buena.
Cons: El edificio de apartamentos no tiene ascensor y nuestra habitación estaba en la cuarta planta, lo que se hacía algo pesado. Aunque el apartamento disponía de aire acondicionado, la estancia estaba fría en las áreas externas (baño y cocina) donde no llegaba el aire, para el mes de Febrero.

Pros: Я влюблена в эти апартаменты! Квартира на верхнем этаже - прекрасный вид на город - можно любоваться и днем и ночью. Прекрасный интерьер - не перегружен деталями и так подходит этой квартире. Есть все необходимое - удобная кровать, кухня. Локация просто ТОП!
Cons: Возможно, кому-то будет физически тяжело подниматься по лестнице - она достаточно крутая. Зимой было прохладно - приходилось включать кондиционер, а он слабо грел.

An enjoyable stay
Pros: The apartment was clean, neat, and well appointed. It is located such that many things to see and do are within walking distance. The host was gracious, helpful, and prompt in arrival.
Cons: The stairs are a little steep, but in excellent condition. (I'm nearer 70 than 60, and I handled it adequately, if not well.)
