Excellent clean budget accommodation in convenient location.

Pros: The property was as described and more inviting than the pictures. It was very clean. The kitchen area was well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage in the bedroom. The balcony is small and looked east over other gardens. Fabio met us at the property and explained how everything worked. There is a lift from first floor to the flat which is on the 4th floor. The building is on the edge of a square. At the time of our visit the square was being upgraded and was inaccessible. There is a supermarket on the other side of the square. It was a 5/10 minute walk downhill to an area with a number of restaurants. Taxi from airport cheap (£15) and convenient. 5 minute walk downhill to catch metro back.

Cons: No major problems. No washing powder supplied (apparently not allowed) so bring some washing sheets/tablets if you want to use the machine. TV had 7 Portuguese channels but you can sign in to your streaming service

Pros: Fabio was very nice, we (family of 4) were able to check-in earlier, explained everything to us. Apartment is as advertised on Booking.com, close to the city center, we did everything by walking. Shop across the street. I recommend it!

Cons: On entend un peu les voisins,et on doit monter un étage avant de pouvoir prendre l'ascenseur

Pros: Schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung, auch Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten gut möglich .Alles hat funktioniert (Haartrockner, Dusche, WLAN, elektrische Rollos etc). Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter bei Fragen oder wenn etwas fehlte. Sehr bequemes Bett und Schlafsofa. Schönes Quartier mit kleinen Geschäften und Cafés in der Nähe. Supermarkt sehr nahe. Metrostation Trindad sehr günstig für Flughafen.

Cons: Nachbarn waren abends zweimal etwas laut, aber da kann die Wohnung bzw der Vermieter nichts dafür.

Pros: Fabio war ein super zuvorkommender Unterkunftgeber. Die Kommunikation lief schon vor dem Aufenthalt sehr einfach. Er hat mich beim einchecken empfangen und mir alles genau erklärt und auch mehrere Geheimtipps in Porto verraten. Er war extrem um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht und immer in der Nähe des Quartiers. So haben wir uns 2x zufällig auf der Straße begegnet. Das Quartier selbst war super sauber und sehr leise in der Nacht. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Cons: Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber da muss ich an einer anderen Stelle beschweren ;-)
