Ando Living - São Miguel House

A great value for a city center visit!

Pros: A splendid apartment in a pristine state and very well located to enjoy city center as much as peaceful nights

So I really recommend this place during warm seasons! It’s lovely and well designed! Perfect for big company or just 2 p

Pros: The place looks so new. It was clean. Complimentary bottle of wine stole my heart) so many useful stuff from coffee machine and umbrella to hair straightener and yoga mats. I also was amazed by the amount of board games downstairs!

Cons: The lack of curtains in living room. I didn’t get how to turn off lights in the hall ( prob my bad but I tried everything ) also for summer I think it’s perfect since it’s cold place, but for winter the ac worked well in living room, in the bedroom ac was directed at the bed which was not very comfortable. Toilet does not have any heaters so it was a little bit cold(( and idk but elevator didn’t work during our trip. BUT it’s actually nice place if you need to stay for long time, especially if your gonna cook, make laundry, invite friends for evenings. ( there was also a speaker )

Excellent Apartment, needs a bit more thought regarding access & instructions

Pros: The apartment exceeded expectations, it was well appointed, furnished comfortably, with pretty much everything we needed. Perfectly placed to walk everywhere, also good access to the bus service. A quiet area, we would have loved to stay longer and do plan to return.

Cons: There was noisy building work next door, and it was very difficult to find our entrance on arrival as it looked very different from the photos. If we hadn’t met a member of staff on our arrival we wouldn’t have known which apartment we were in! I couldn’t find the information in any of our correspondence, if it was there it was well hidden! No towels for drying up crockery, and instructions for the appliances would have been useful.

Pros: The decor and design was to a very high standard, it was very clean and the view of the city was stunning. Everything you could ask for and it made our stay in Porto even more enjoyable.

Cons: The only complaint was that we could not turn off the light above the door entrance for our whole stay.

Pros: The property is in a very central location, which makes it easy to walk to Porto’s city center, a big plus. The apartment is amazing: beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and clearly designed with great attention to detail. The interior terrace that opens directly into the living room was definitely my favorite part. It brings in lots of natural light and feels like you’re looking at a piece of art. Even though we only stayed for one night, it’s definitely a place we’d love to come back to!

Perfect!

Pros: I liked the efficiency of the management, this was very smooth. The apartment is very well located, and very nicely decorated. You have space, service. I really liked the concept and the experience, I was not expecting Porto to have such elaborated concept.

Cons: Everything was honnestly great.

Pros: O apartamento estava muito bem colocado. A limpeza era impecável e a mobília e equipamentos eram ótimos. Outros pontos positivos foi a garrafa de vinho de oferta e o café que não tinha um limite como em quase todos os restantes alojamentos o que o diferencia e bastante pelo positivo!

Apartamento idílico

Pros: El apartamento era precioso, no le faltaba detalle, super acogedor, todo muy limpio y nuevo y el detalle de bienvenida nos encantó.

Cons: Si tuviera que poner un pero es que la ventana del salón no tenia cortina y se veía todo. Y que no había microondas. Todo lo demás impecable.

Pros: Fantastische rustige ruime plek! Beneden buitenterras, living, wc, ruime eetkamer met keuken, perfect uitgerust met alle nodige keukengerei (behalve keukenhanddoek) en koffiepads en olijfolie. Boven slaapkamer en badkamer en een tweede mooi terras. Alles proper en gloednieuw. Zeer leuke Marshall muziekbox. Uitstekende verwarming (nodig, want het was koud en nat). Zeer rustig en mooi gelegen.

Cons: Niets! Of toch een zeer klein detail: de verluchting in de badkamer is luidruchtig als je licht maakt. Maar geen probleem.

Super bis auf Kleinigkeiten

Pros: Super Unterkunft! Sehr wahrscheinlich waren wir mit eine der ersten Mieter. Tolle Einrichtung, gutes Design sehr hochwertig.

Cons: Leider war im Bad keine Heizung und im Januar sehr kühl. Die Handtücher waren brandneu aber noch nicht gewaschen weil sie nicht gut getrocknet haben. Kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. Die USB Steckdosen neben dem Bett funktionieren nicht. Der Kleiderschrank ist so in die Ecke gebaut und ist fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Schranktür vor der Waschmaschine lässt sich nicht schließen, da hat jemand das untere Türhalterung ausgebaut
