Pros: Perfect location in Porto, size of the apartment, good internet connection, own kitchenette, nice view, good communication with the host, easy access as it works with locks and numbers you can receive

Cons: If you have problems with health, stairs could be a problem, as there is no lift available or if you have to carry heavy luggage 🛅

Porto is a place to visit and Baixia24 is perfect place to stay

Pros: the location was just perfect. it’s located in a cool street with amazing local bars and restaurants. easy to walk the whole city from there. apartment is roomy and has enough light coming in. the owner is nice and answers all your questions quickly. on top they made this amazing map of the city which gives you a nice personal tour around the city

Cons: not a problem for use but be aware that it’s on top floor without elevator

Centrico y agradable.

Pros: Muy centrico para poder conocer la ciudad con mucha facilidad, calle concurrida, restaurantes en la misma calle, no demasiado ruido. Cocina muy basica, noosotros no la legamos a utilizar. Cama matrimonio comoda y sofa cama para para dos niñas correcta. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches, suficiente como para conocer la ciudad. Parking al lado de casa, 20 euros por dia.

Sehr schön wenn man weiß was einem wichtig ist

Pros: Die Lage ist klasse, fußläufig sehr viel erreichbar, z.B. Metro, Bahnhof Sao Bento Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern ist mega. Im Bett konnte ich gut schlafen. Die Gastgeber sind gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Ausstattung ist gut, könnte aber besser sein. Aber überdurchschnittlich für Porto. Man kann mit den Vorhängen gut verdunkeln. Für 1-2 Personen ein schön großer Raum. USB Anschluss am Fernseher.

Cons: Bad: ich denke die Lüftung funktioniert nicht oder schlecht. Da kein Fenster nach draußen blöd, man lüftet besser quer über das Zimmer. Die Rohre scheiden manchmal einen schlechten Geruch aus. Oft habe ich die Tür geschlossen um den Geruch fernzuhalten. Die Gastgeber wollten nach meiner Abreise es verbessern. Die Dusche hat kaum Wasserdruck. Küchenrolle/ Servietten o.ä. fehlten - hab ich mir gekauft Beliebte Gegend - viele Restaurants - am Wochenende kann es in der Nacht laut sein. Unterhalb der Woche aber oft ruhig. Für mich kein Problem, aber ich habe einmal gesehen wie junge Frauen ihre sehr schweren Koffer nicht die Treppen hochbekommen haben und bei mir klingelten um zu helfen. Man muss wissen: Kein Aufzug und man sollte die Kraft haben schwere Koffer hoch zu tragen :-)
