Great location and design, but very noisy
Pros: Overall, the stay was pleasant. The location is great, the apartment is nicely decorated, and generally comfortable. Everything from the interior design to the amenities met our expectations.
Cons: However, the biggest downside was the noise. You can hear everything through the ceiling and walls – footsteps, conversations – it feels like the neighbors are in the same room. Noise from the street is also very noticeable.

For the location it was worth it. Clean, nicely styled, and easy to check in and out.
Pros: Clean, easy check in, very ideal location in the city centre
Cons: Floors and walls are thin so you can hear upstairs walking and you can hear the restaurant downstairs when they play music

Old town cosy apartment space in a great location - would stay there again
Pros: The overall comfort of the apartment and how it was decorated was very nice - the location was super handy and right in the centre of the one of the oldest neighbourhoods of the city. Loved the style of the building, original features and had a very cosy feeling. Having the heater on was necessary for some of the night as it was winter when we visited and, in Porto, this is needed. The the space heated up quickly. The communication with the hosts was really efficient and helpful.
Cons: Maybe some slightly firmer pillows for sleeping. You can at times hear the neighbours above when they walk around but this is very normal for older apartments with wooden floors.

We very much enjoyed our stay, it was a few points away from being perfect.
Pros: It felt very luxe to have such a big open space to ourselves. We loved the interior and it was very nice to have a place to sit outside! There was more then enough storage space and the bed was comfortable. The location was also super great.
Cons: It seemed as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned, there were a lot of hairs and dust. And the handsoap bottle in the restroom was empty. *Tips!!! (We had a very great stay) :). Because the place is on an alley in the middle of the center, you can hear it pretty good when people walk through it and talk, maybe it’s good to offer some earplugs. There were 2 coffee cups laying ready for us to use, but they didn’t fit in the machine, so we had to figure out ourselves what we had to buy (which was a search), maybe leave 2 that fit so the visitors know what to buy ;). The kitchen cabinets were not handy if you had to use the counter, you would hit your head (but I understand this can’t be changed). It would be handy to have had something to dry your clothes on after swimming and washing / some hooks at the entrance to hang our coats, and the ones in the bathroom didn’t work because the towels fell off of them.

Impecable
Pros: La ubicación es excelente. El patio interior es precioso. La decoración está hecha con gusto y la distribución interior del apartamento es perfecta.
Cons: No me gusta que el Checking sea tan tarde, mi avión llegó a Oporto a las 9:00 de la mañana y tuve que ir con el equipaje a cuestas nada menos que hasta las 16:00 de la tarde, ni siquiera dan opción de dejar el equipaje en el apartamento y eso debería ser hasta obligatorio. Si coges el apartamento un solo día, ni siquiera dispones de 24 horas en él, ya que el checkout es a las 11:00 de la mañana... Quizá hay algo de ruido debido a la ubicación pero ya sabemos donde nos metemos. El tema de dejar las llaves dentro de un buzón sin sistema de seguridad creo que podría ser mejorable.

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt war super, obwohl es in der Nacht recht laut werden kann. Sofortige und sehr freundliche Hilfe bei Anfragen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Der tolle Timeout Market (excellente Essensangebote) nur ca 10 min entfernt
Cons: Kein bequemer Stuhl (mit Lehne) im Apartment vorhanden; unbequemes Sofa; schwierige Müllentsorgung Für Reisende mit Gehbehinderung ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet (2. Stock über viele Stufen; kein Aufzug!

tolle Wohnung!
Pros: tolle Wohnung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, mega Lage, für uns genau richtig , wir haben sie geliebt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen ! Viele tolle Restaurants direkt nebenan ...
Cons: Die untere Wohnung ist etwas dunkeler, hat aber schönes innenlicht , dafür weniger Treppen zu laufen... man bekommt etwas von dem lokal im Erdgeschoss mit, hat uns aber nicht gestört .

Pros: Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin à Porto et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous laisser entrer avant quatre heures. Nous avons vraiment pu profiter pleinement de notre première journée sur place. Merci beaucoup !

Magnifique endroit pour loger à Porto, nous avons tout fait à pied
Pros: L’appartement magnifique dans une ruelle pleine de vie de Porto, à 2 pas de la rue de Flores Appartement très grand et très bien agencé Le coin jardin très agréable Parking de la place d’Espagne très proche du logement
Cons: Avantage et inconvénient d’être en hyper centre, un peu de bruit le soir et la nuit Appartement non climatisé
