Pros: The apartment is perfectly located, close to Sao Bento, close to beautiful shops and great restaurants. Also, with an amazing street view. I’d definitely stay there again.
Cons: It was a little bit loud in the morning because of the shops and restaurants opening, however it wasn’t disturbing in the sleeping area/bedroom.

The flat is very easy to find, easy to check in and right in the centre of the city. The communication was good. Definit
Pros: The flat is right on the main shopping street so you have everything on the door step. However it’s at the back of the building so there was no noise apart from seagulls (many many of them)
Cons: The flat is newly refurbished and well kept. However the shower head is not that great but it’s minor detail and still 5 stars overall from me.

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of the old town! Everything (bars,restaurants, sights) is close by and it's easy to get there from the airport by metro. Hosts are very accommodating, quickly answer all the questions. Will gladly stay here again next time I'm visiting Porto

Cure apartment, excellent location
Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent - we could walk practically anywhere in the city from here. The apartment is new, clean, safe. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around.
Cons: There is no AC in the apartment, so it does get warm inside. The fridge had a strong odor, which was noticeable upon entering the apartment. We were provided with only one set of bedsheets, even though there is a second bed in the living room, so we had to share the one set we had. Additionally, we noticed a nail sticking out of the wooden floor, which seems to be acting as a makeshift \

Très bien placé et agréable, mais sonore
Pros: Appartement très bien placé mais dans une rue bruyante.. L'appartement est grand et agréable, il y a de quoi s'asseoir à la fenêtre et prendre le soleil le midi en observant la rue passante. L'immeuble est neuf rénové (seul l'extérieur est d'origine) et tous les appartements sont des Airbnb. L'isolation phonique n'est vraiment pas bonne, vous serez réveillé par la rue et votre voisin du dessus qui fait grincer son parquet en se déplaçant. La literie est peu confortable. Les équipements de cuisine sont à revoir : seulement deux couverts, tous dépareillés, pas de verre à eau, etc. La poussière sous le lit n'était pas faite. Un meilleur suivi des équipements par l'hôte serait appréciable. Sinon l'appartement est tout à fait recommandable, son emplacement est parfait pour un séjour touristique.

Séjour ensoleillé et relaxant .
Pros: Appartement très bien situé dans une rue piétonne , calme donnant du coté jardin et proche des nombreux monuments à visiter . Confortable pour deux adultes , moderne et lumineux .
Cons: Petits points faciles à compléter : mettre des crochets dans la salle de bains pour permettre de suspendre quelques vêtements , prévoir un balai/pelle pour éviter les miettes sur le parquet , quelques éléments de vaisselle ( bols , couteaux tranchants, assiettes dessert )

Pros: The apartment was nice, comfortable and clean. It was located on one of main pedestrian streets close to the river. Live concerts ended at 10 PM
Cons: The apartment on first floor with the windows directed to busy tourist street and everyday we had live amateur concerts repeating the same covers 10 times per day. Annoying.

Ganz tolles Apartment
Pros: Das Apartment ist super süß, sehr schön und sehr stylisch, in perfekter Lage in der Fußgängerzone nahe der Metrostation Sao Bento. Den Bahnhof Sao Bento unbedingt anschauen- tolles Fotomotiv. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und jede Menge Restaurants. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Fluss und über die Brücke bei den Portwein- Kellereien, der Seilbahn und den Booten. Sehr viele touristische Hotspots sind zu Fuß erreichbar, z.B. auch alle Spots der Harry-Potter-Tour, die man sehr gut selbständig gehen kann. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und clean. Die Korrespondenz war klasse, alle Beschreibungen waren sehr konkret und ausführlich und Antworten auf Fragen kamen superschnell. Ich würde sofort wieder dieses Apartment buchen für einen Aufenthalt in Porto.
