Host Wise - Spacious Noble Apartaments Ace Location

Wonderful stay in a flat!!!

Pros: Very good location, right next to the cathedral, close to everywhere, a few steps to the main station and to the charming Ribeira promenade. Flat very spacious and modernly furnished.

Pros: The location is excellent. Just a few steps from the Cathedral and Walking distance to the Walking/Shopping Street and to almost all the tourist areas. Property is clean. We are a group of 6 people and the 3 bedrooms are all good and same as seen in the pictures. However one bedroom need a closet. Great response from their customer service for any request.

Cons: 1. It needs additional toiletries if the rent is more than 2 days. But customer service act immediately when we request additional toiletries. 2. A corner of the shower is leaking so the floor is always wet after shower. 3. No dining table, only bar table with 2 high chairs. Since it’s a 3-bedroom apartment, there should be a dining table. 4. There’s pans but no utensils for cooking 5. Noisy outside as expected as the location is in the city center.

Great location good value for money

Pros: Location was amazing. Place was very clean. Host service was very responsive and fixed anything very quickly. The place has fans and a dehumidifier which helps if the temperature is not too hot.

Cons: Would possibly do with a small portable air conditioner in summer. Due to the humidity and small street location it does not cool down well at night. Other than that the place was good and great value for money.

Cons: Les fenêtres donnent sur les ruelles qui sont assez animées les soirs surtout ls week-ends. Les voisins du haut etaient tres festifs
