Lovely apartment in Cedofeita
Pros: The apartment is lovely. Nicely furnished, a good size and a comfy large bed. The shower was great too. The added bonus was the lovely terrace to sit out on. Thanks for the bottle of wine and crostini. Very much appreciated. We liked the keypad for both doors as we didn't have to worry about taking keys with us. The apartment was easy to find and from the airport we took the metro purple line E to Trindade (last stop) and then walked 8 mins or so to the apartment. There are some lovely places close by for brunch. Our favourite was Nicolau. We love walking and exploring so this place was great for us as it's about 35 mins walk to the river area (Ribeira).
Cons: The area seems a little run down in places but is up and coming. Not a problem for us. It may be too far a walk for some as Porto fairly hilly but again, we enjoyed the location.

Très agréable
Pros: Super contact avec Maria très sympathique et très réactive. Apparemment très propre , très agréable, emplacement très bien.
Cons: Impossible de déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin des travaux juste à côté de appartement.

Pas bluffant, décevant et frustrant
Pros: La proximité de la station de Trindade (5 minutes à pied) et à 30 minutes à pied du centre historique.
Cons: Un tout petit peu lavabo et pas de possibilité de poser nos trousses de toilettes. La propreté , des miettes dans les placards , les vitres sales. La terrasse qui donne sur un chantier et les travaux commencent à 7h30. Entrée de l’immeuble froide. Aucun contact avec le propriétaire ou l’agence, en fait Maria est une assistante virtuelle basse sur l’IA, donc des réponses automatiques instantanées sans vraiment de solutions, au tel une plate-forme qui gère de nombreux appartements, et difficile à joindre (n’oubliez pas vos codes d’entrée et de l’appartement. Pas possible de déposer les bagages avant 15h … pour info il y a une consigne à la station de Trindade, donc un acceuil impersonnel et froid.. de plus un très mauvais rapport qualité / prix, il y a certainement mieux à Porto, nous en avons testés plusieurs à lamego, guimares, viana do castello, vraiment superbe à des prix vraiment intéressants.

Pros: Todo en buenas condiciones, limpio y bastante nuevo. La ducha que es una cosa importante es muy nueva, grande y buena. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios y detalles. El patio es grande e individual, me gustó a pesar de no tener excelentes vistas.
Cons: Las almohadas son incómodas, si puedes traerte una tuya mejor y lo agradecerás sobretodo si eres sensible de cuello. Y las vistas en el patio no son muy bonitas.

Peaceful and relaxing stroll from the core of Portuguese culture.
Pros: Property was centrally located and within easy walking distance of the core of Porto. Day trips and excursions were conveniently close or within a reasonable walk from the property. We would frequently unwind at the end of a busy day on the terrace (best one in the building).
Cons: The property would benefit from access to laundry facilities, but the property itself had few negatives.

Wygodny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji
Pros: W obiekcie nocowaliśmy po raz drugi, wybór po pierwszym pobycie był oczywisty. Doskonała lokalizacja: na stację Trindade 10 minut pieszo, krótki spacer do centrum miasta, po drugiej stronie ulicy piekarnia - kawiarnia, 3 minuty do marketu Pingo Doce, kilka barów i małych restauracji. Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, zostawione dodatkowe ręczniki. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i dobre oświetlenie. Szybki internet WiFi. Duży umeblowany taras z parasolem słonecznym. Mieszkanie na I piętrze - jest winda. Bezproblemowe wejście z użyciem kodów.
Cons: Mile widziany byłby jeszcze czajnik elektryczny.

Pros: Gemütliches Bett, tolle Kopfkissen. Mur der Staubsauger hat sehr gestunken, so dass wir ihn nicht wieder benutzt haben. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Mooie stad in een mooi appartement(je).
Pros: Gelukkig hadden we het adres, de ingang vinden was niet evident omdat de residentie anders is genoemd. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de stad, alleen moet je rekening houden met een terugweg bergop. Het appartement was perfect ingedeeld, alles voorhanden. Zelfs zeep, toiletpapier etc. Ook wat koekjes en flesje ter verwelkoming, top!
Cons: Goh, enkel wat kleinere ongemakken/details: de keukenkraan had geen ziftje zodat het water soms alle kanten op ging, en een plankje in de badkamer voor spullen zou handig zijn.

Pros: Jéssica was a wonderful host and assisted us in many ways during our 4 week stay. Any problems that arose, she handled quickly and with professionalism. She went out of her way to handle an initial snafu on renting the property. The location is a good balance of proximity to the downtown/old city and slightly removed from the hustle bustle.
