Pros: We absolutely love everything! Staff was very helpful from the first moment, easy communication, easy self check in with clear instructions, they even let us check in earlier which is a great plus. They were also there for any questions we had not specifically regarding accommodation. The appartment is clean, beds are comfortable, excellent internet connection. Location is just perfect, we walked all around Porto city sights without using any of public transportation. Highly recommended.

Pros: La posizione ottima vicino alla metro e servita da diversi bus. Appartamento adeguato ad una famiglia di 4 persone e fornito di tutto il necessario. Esperienza positiva

Cons: Consiglio di far trovare all'arrivo almeno una cialda di caffe..Sarebbe un gesto carino :)

Cumpre o que promete, porém não esqueça nada no local

Pros: Apto muito bom, limpo e funcional. Nos sentimos seguros, o bairro é silencioso e foi fácil a locomoção pela cidade. Nada a reclamar sobre o imóvel.

Cons: Esqueci uma blusa da minha filha na saída e travei a porta. Na mesma hora avisei a host Andreia, falei que tinha um parente na cidade, que poderia pegar a blusa. Ela falou que avisaria o responsável pela limpeza. Depois disso não falou mais nada, perguntei 2x nos dias seguintes sobre a blusa e ela simplesmente não me respondeu mais, ignorou as mensagens. Achei bem chata essa atitude.

Pros: Удобно расположена, вблизи есть ресторанчики, магазины, станция метро. Квартирка маленькая, но удобная, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Можно с животными, что радует.
