Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities

Pros: It is a really nice and very comfortable hotel, with pleasant and professional staff, good breakfasts, good sized rooms, comfortable beds and excellent meeting rooms. The hotel is also well soundproofed so you cannot hear the nearby roads. It is well positioned for quick access to the motorway and the airport and the centre of o Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia are about 15 to 20 minutes away by taxi. I definitely recommend this hotel, which was also excellent value for money. It has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere and I will stay here again.

Pros: The service was amazing, everything we requested was done very quickly and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, all the facilities were also beyond our expectations.

Most pleasant stay in a most pleasant Porto.

Pros: As there was work in progress during our stay we were kindly upgraded to a junior suite. This worked very well for us. Parking worked well. The restaurant was very good. breakfast very good and all the staff were helpful.

Cons: cant think of anything we did not like.

Pros: Rooms were big and clean. All the staff were very nice and ready to help

Cons: Parking was very expensive. The sink and shower fittings were really weird and oddly positioned. A bit far away from the city centre. Too far to walk

Cons: Location: a little out of the way, not really near the attractions. There is a bus stop outside though, but be aware buses only take cash.
