Excellent stay in a great hotel. Unfussy but really nice.

Pros: Room and bed were comfortable. Lighting a bit dim for older eyes, but elegant and comfortable. Desk good. Tv size good. Shower strong and hot. Toilet separate.

Cons: Tiny bit more floor space instead of such a massive double bed would have been good for personal stretching and exercise.

Good hotel, as expected. Feels as if missing some magic touch for being truly great.

Pros: Breakfast was very good as expected, the bar on the last floor is unbelievable. The staff was truly polite, available and attentive. Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Great bathrooms.

Cons: 1/ The breakfast is on a bad spot of the building - as overall the hotel, decoration and architecture lack character somehow. 2/ We suffered a honest mistake, but it was a quite a wrinkle to our stay - although we only asked at checkin we were still given the keys of communicating bedrooms (for family of 4, with children). When we went for the room next door we found someone else already there. We ended up in separate bedrooms and floors. The whole experience gave a bad taste to our stay. We would go to the hotel again notwithstanding.

Pleasant stay, would stay again

Pros: Good and complete breakfast. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. It was a pleasant stay, no noise in the corridors. TV service was good. The staff was competent.

Cons: Would be nice to have a hair dryer in the room. There was a locked door in the room (don't know where it goes to), but it feels a bit uncomfortable to have a door inside the room (and no one told us about it).

Excellent high quality hotel

Pros: Excellent and very high standard hotel. Exceptional, gourmet restaurant. Waiter in restaurant was very polite and friendly, outstanding service and gave a very good wine recommendation. Very good leisure/pool facilities and they have a proper big gym with machine and free weights and large number/selection of fitness machines. Reception staff were very helpful and lent me an international plug adaptor.
