Pros: Loved the old and new style of the building. High ceilings, long doors, old stairway, view to small garden with lime tree from the main bedroom. Location was great, a little walk from main city but the house is on a street that is not as busy as other city homes. The simple tasteful, themed decorative nature of the house gave us a stay that was different and unique to other stays..

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes and the home was not air conditioned. There was plenty of fans in each room which was great however it was difficult to sleep at night with fans on to keep cool.

Lovely stay with LovelyStay

Pros: Beds were very comfy, the location was good, facilities were perfect, easy to access with a group due to the coded entry.

Cons: Lack of AC was a bit problematic in the height of the Portugal heat wave, but with the big stone walls I think it would have been fine any other time of the year. Plenty of fans were provided to make the situation slightly better though.

A fabulous old period house, very happy travellers!

Pros: The property is a beautiful old 19th century Portugese house, lovely high ceilings, wooden floors and great period features. Huge rooms and enormous bathrooms with a lovely garden to enjoy breakfast in. A well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and bed linen. Centrally located, about 15 minutes walk to the main area and close to a few supermarkets selling delicious pastries. We enjoyed the freedom of our own home and had no problems with anything - water, electricity, bugs etc! The admin staff were excellent and responsive. We entered via a key code sent to us in advance and they kindly let us store our luggage in their office after we checked out so we could enjoy the rest of our day. Met their office cats, which was a nice touch.

Cons: It was on a fairly busy road, but we wanted a central location so to be expected. It was also next to a school which starts fairly early if you wanted a lay in but the sound of children playing is really quite pleasant!

Super séjour, nous avons vite pris nos repères pour 9 personnes, une très bonne literie dans toutes les chambres.

Pros: Nous avons aimé les grandes pièces, une grande salle à manger avec une table pour 10 personnes, la cour extérieur pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. La proximité avec la station de métro LAPA a 10 minutes à pied de l’appartement

Cons: Il y a un gros point à améliorer c’est les remontées d’odeurs des canalisations dans les deux salles de bains.

La magie du Douro et de Porto entre amis

Pros: Logement de caractere conforme aux photos pour un agreable week end au Portugal entre amis . Grande pièce a vivre bien équipée,4 belles chambres ouvrant sur l exterieur dont 1 avec salle d eau privèe permettant d accueillir 8 personnes et 1 plus petite sans fenetres.Literie de qualité.Cour sans vis a vis .A 5 min a pieds du metro .a 30 min de l aeroport

Cons: L humidite du logement(infiltrations ) ,rue très passante à la circulation intense tot le matin pour les 3 chambres en facade et murs qui tremblent à chaque passage du métro

Excellent family spot to launch Porto stay!

Pros: A lot of space and well furnished; clean and comfortable bedrooms with large, clean bathrooms.

Cons: Location was a little busy (street traffic) but understandable given density of Porto city.

Buena calidad-precio

Pros: La casa impresionante. Decorada con mucho gusto. Muy amplia para 7 personas. Cerca del centro, a 12 minutos andando.

Cons: El calor; al no haber aire acondicionado...y a pesar de tener gruesas paredes, el calor se metió dentro. Situada en una calle muy transitada por coches, por el ruido, era imposible abrir las ventanas a la noche para refrescar.

Pros: La casa è splendida arredata con cura da chi l'ha evidentemente amata. Una casa fatta con gusto ed intelligenza davvero bella

Cons: Se volessimo essere pignoli è distante da bar e buoni ristoranti o forse non siamo riusciti ad.individuarli. la casa si fa perdonare anche questo. C'è comunque un supermarket nelle vicinanze abbastanza fornito.
