Best place to stay in Porto

Pros: Amazing, 4K TV, free drinks, great room, great bathroom, cosy. Much more than I expected and I definitely got more than my money's worth.

Cons: At the end of the booking, the bathroom door locked on us so I had to get staff to open the door.

Excellent value for money with perfect location!

Pros: The entire place is very well presented, very spacious and very good value for money. All the extras in the room were not expected and a very nice touch. The location is perfect! The whole experience exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend!

Cons: Some.guests came back at 3am and were very noisy

Good location and nice staff

Pros: The staff replied our questions promptly, at the beginning the door code did not work, they helped us and fixed it quickly. I liked using the virtual key. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Water, juice and beer were free of charge as welcome gifts. The location of the apartment was absolutely great. We could walk to most of the sight seeing points, metro station and supermarket.

Cons: The toilet may need to be repaired. The flush button was gone, the seat cover was not stable.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff

Pros: We were a group of five friends and the apartment was a perfect fit. There are four beds plus a couch that converts into a bed. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was kind and even left butter, jam, beer, juice, and coffee pods for us, which was a lovely touch. The only small downside was some noise from the neighboring apartment at night, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

good enough for short holiday

Pros: The accomodation is about 15 min walking from the city centre. There were some problems at the beginning, but the administration has solved them very quickly, and we get a compliment (wine and chocolade). There were also water and bier in fridge. Maybe this place is not convinent for a long trip, but if you're planning to visit Porto for a few days, staying in Olala is a good idea

Cons: A bit far from the centre if you walk
