Excellent place to stay in Porto

Pros: The location is excellent. Very close to metro station and tourist spots are within walking distance. Customer service is also superb. We’re arriving very early in the morning and they let us check in earlier. And there seemed to be a storage space for luggages if the room isn’t available for early check in. They also provide some free drinks. Very thoughtful!

Cons: The shower hose is a bit broken and the hot water supply stopped one night probably due to some renovation work downstairs. But overall it’s not a huge problem.

Pros: Helpful staff Quiet at night The arrival treats Location / parking

Cons: One tiny shower cubicle/bathroom for 5 adults. No seating area, sofas, coat hangers. A leaking air conditioning system in the main room. No cleaning or towel change included, can be requested at an extra cost. Final clean charged upon booking. The double bed is tiny, and the mattress needs changing, as the springs can be felt. No MATTRESS PROTECTORS - the single mattresses were new, it would be a shame to allow for them to get covered in stains.

Very lovely well maintained property and great customer service

Pros: Location and price. Excellent and responsive customer service via WhatsApp. They also included little extras like espresso coffee, juice and port and beer in the fridge.

Cons: No lift but I knew before I booked

Buena ubicación

Pros: La ubicación está genial, puedes ir a todos los sitios andando. Tienes buenos lugares para salir por la noche a 10 minutos andando. Supermercados al lado de casa y monumentos importantes a no más de 15 minutos andando. El personal con el que contacté amabilísimo y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons: Había bastante humedad y poco sitio para almacenar cosas si vais muchos de viaje se complica la cosa pero nada importante en comparación con lo bueno.
