Awesome apartment great location

Pros: We loved everything about this apartment. Comfy beds, everything clean and in working order. Great location. Elevator!

Cons: Being fussy here, but a dishwasher and washing machine would have been good.

Un soggiorno comodo, funzionale e che mi ha fatto sentire davvero a casa.

Pros: Ho prenotato questo appartamento per il soggiorno di 4 giorni a Porto con la mia famiglia. Devo dire che l’appartamento è davvero delizioso. Si trova in centro ed è vicino a tutti i servizi (metro, ristoranti, negozi, attrazioni principali della città). La casa al nostro arrivo era pulita. Dispone di due camere da letto e due bagni. I letti sono molto comodi e abbiamo trovato anche un doppio set di asciugamani. Inoltre, l’ultimo giorno dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in un deposito presente all’interno del palazzo, gratuitamente. Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile ed ha risposto alle nostre richieste tempestivamente. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Cons: Non c’è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Mi sento però di dare un suggerimento per migliorare il servizio: sarebbe utile trovare in casa la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice, e andrebbe aggiunto: uno stendibiancheria, utensili per la pulizia della casa (tipo paletta e scopa) e alcuni utensili da cucina come padelle più grandi, un tagliere, uno scolapasta e uno scolapiatti. Il resto va tutto molto bene 😊
