Would definitely stay again if in Porto

Pros: Beautiful place in perfect location with fantastic staff

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like but missed having tea and coffee facilities in room itself

Cons: Nothing not to like but I would mention there is no lift

5 nights not long enough

Pros: Our hosts were exceptional, very accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast each day was very good and generous. Porto is the best, first time there but not our last.

Cons: Leaving. We should have booked longer.

Pros: Really lovely room. Enjoyed some complimentary Port on arrival. Great location for the Port wine tours, we loved the Caves Ferreira tour (Portuguese company). We loved the location on the other side of the River in Porto. Great views of the bridge, access to the Cable Car. The suggestions made by the staff at the accommodation really enhanced our holiday, most memorably the Franceshina at Cafe Santiago 😋

Pros: We really liked the location, it was on side street but very close to the river front. Ideal for us and we wanted to try staying on the opposite side of the river away from Porto as a change to this trip. Facilities and the staff were excellent. We received great recommendations on places to eat and drink.

Cons: Nothing to report here really.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming - when we arrived, they greeted us with coffee and sent us great recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. The next morning we needed an early breakfast, which they kindly arranged. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and had a lovely view of the river. Great location!

Amazing stay in ideal spot

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Carla and Andre were very helpful and friendly and gave us tips on restaurants etc. The shower was great and the rooms lovely. It is in an ideal spot a short distance from the river and bars and a few minutes walk from the bridge over to Porto

Cons: The stairs were steep and there are 4 floors. On the photos it looks as if there are no bannisters but there is a glass bannister . I imagine that most Porto traditional houses are the same and there is no room for a lift. We were just careful

Amazing! Highly recommend staying here, the location is amazing and the staff are incredible!

Pros: Staff were incredible! Rooms were clean and very modern.. Carla and her team look after you like family!

Cons: For people who have mobility issues, there is no elevator.

Highly Recommend

Pros: Prime location within steps from the main street with restaurants, bars and major port tasting venues. Building has been tastefully renovated and the check in process was a breeze. I stayed in Room 301, which was much quieter as it did not face the street, an added bonus.

Cons: Wooden floors can be noisy at night in rooms above, due to it being an older building. Just something to be aware of for light sleepers.
