Worth the money

Pros: Very close to everything, shops, restaurants, sights, pretty easy to find and communication with Your host was impeccable. Clean apartment and a reasonable size for a stay, good bathroom with plenty of hot water and the aircon works a dream on hot days although the terrace is an amazing bonus.

Cons: Bit of noise from the building works but that of course is only temporary so it should not let it put you off, there is an indoor basketball hall directly behind the property so just be warned it can get a bit noisy during games. 😁
