Great location, very comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location. Looked like pictures advertised. GR staff were very helpful.

Cons: Bedroom is at street level and can be quite noisy.

Great location and amenities

Pros: The location was wonderful, convenient to walk to everything. The apartment was clean, and nicely decorated, and we appreciated the amenities like the coffee and tea.

Cons: We did not have access to wi-fi during our entire stay. We tried to access wi-fi on three different devices using the instructions provided, but it would not work. I messaged the email listed on the information sheet to ask how to connect, and that email was never answered. Having wi-fi when traveling for work is a must, so this was a big disappointment, especially that our email was not answered even after days passed. The other negative is the noise level, only a glass door separates the bed from the street, and we could hear people walking by and talking clearly when we were trying to sleep late at night. A noise machine might help with this.
