Great value for money in an excellent location

Pros: Location was very central to all sights.Train station nearby if you want to travel further afield.Being self catering I did not expect washing up equipment ,toiletries and towels these were a welcome bonus.Bottle of water in fridge on arrival was also much appreciated.

Cons: Some noise from floor above.very creaky floorboards. Loose plug socket in kitchen which we reported, they asked straight away for picture so this could be rectified. Weather not too good whilst there so had trouble drying towels.

A good place to stay in Porto

Pros: The location is perfect, near to everything you need to see in Porto. The office of the host is in the next building just 1 step away and they were extremely nice, even helped to leave our luggage 3 hours earlier before the check in. The instructions for check in and out comes directly to your whatsapp number and it’s super easy. Shortly - a good place to stay for Porto

Cons: Nothing much, just the folding sofa was departing time by time while sleeping 🤣

Pros: Great location, attentive staff, specious flat with lots of useable features. Would book again.

Perfect place for a short stay in Porto

Pros: Great friendly staff who showed me up to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for a short stay, super close to the train station and walking distance to all the major sights. Lovely and clean and would definitely stay again

Cons: Definitely noticed quite a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbours (but recognise it may not be an easy fix)

Gorgeous central apartment, highly recommend.

Pros: Fantastic apartment right beside the train station. Nice a quiet at night so no trouble getting to sleep. The apartment was beautiful and modern and very central with all attractions in easy walking distance. Great to have the little kitchen area to prepare light snacks.

Cons: We assumed toilet roll would be replaced as and when needed but we ended up having to go to a supermarket to buy some.

Amazing staff and location

Pros: The reception staff were so helpful and gave us heaps of suggestions for things to do. Easy to pick up the keys at reception. Amazing location, so easy to walk to all the touristy spots in Porto. Would 100% stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. The room was spacious enough for us as a couple, had everything we needed. Lift access. Great value for money.

A great location, quiet, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Pros: Really nice efficient team stored our luggage, walked us into our unit. They are quick to respond on WhatsApp and we were very impressed with the professionalism. Our A/C didn't work on arrival but a team member quickly came and solved the issue. Our unit was in a very good location, quiet yet just around the corner from S.Bento and the heart of the old town touristy area. So much is just a 5-10 minute walk from here. The unit was a nice size, comfortable bed, good wifi, and had all we needed for a short stay. They provided us an inside storage garage for our car at 15 euros per day which was less than 10 minute walk away. There is a place to park your car by the office briefly so you can unload luggage.

Cons: The A/C did not cool well, but the fan on the unit helped. It was sufficient. There was no counter area to put your bathroom products. The refrigerator had dripping water inside and a broken shelf on the door. Like other reviews, you can hear people walking above, but ear plugs helped. There is nothing to be done about this noise unless they carpet the floors which is not the most desirable solution due to cleanliness and aesthetics.

VFM STAYING

Pros: Apartment is centrally located ,spacious,well designed with all needed facilities. Building has elevator. Reception is right next door of the apartment wich is very convenient for check in and check out.

Cons: Very very bad soundproofing. People were walking in the upper apartment and we we were hearing and feeling their steps.

Loved our stay in Porto

Pros: Location was perfect staff very helpful & informative Room was clean and amenities good Enjoyed our stay

Cons: Wasn't cleaned during our stay or change of towels It's a duplex and upstairs bed is not practical for elderly people they need to sleep downstairs on sofa bed. It's a bit small for 4 people and luggage

Tasteful property with excellent service

Pros: Tasteful, super good service, good location to get to places but not loud. Comfy bed, nice kitchen and everything in it for a long stay. There is a whole wardrobe, good smelling toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. We were not disturbed but knew we can ask for help, clean towels etc if we needed. Communication was super smooth. Would stay again!

Cons: Minor touches that didn’t bother us overall.
