Pros: Rooms are very nice and clean and there is a lot of space. Kitchen had all we needed. Location is in the city center and next to a metro, bus and train stations. It was very easy for us to find the apartment and enter it, since the hosts informed us about the check in in advance. Wi-fi was also quite fast.

Pros: Great location: on walking distance of all attractions in the old city. Basic appartment, but has all you need.

Cons: The sleeping sofa in the living room was not very comfortable.

Pros: The location was perfect for sightseeing and wine tasting. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to provide any information we needed. I will definitely return.

Cons: This was nothing my hosts could improve on, but the road could be noisy outside with people talking during the night.

Pros: Communication with office great as we arrive later due to bus that wasn't on time from Lisbon. Great location.

Cons: Lots of stairs if you have heavy luggage. Need more hooks in apartment to hang wet towels please.

Extremely satisfied

Pros: Easy to access and get the keys as it is located next to the agency. The host was attentive and reactive so communication was great. The accomodation was located in the town center but it was quiet. The presence of aircon is a real joy during the hot summer.

Great location and value for money accommodating 6 people

Pros: Good location easy walking everywhere. Close to the train but no downside to that (there sometimes can be excessive noise but not here)

Cons: A little tired and could do with a freshen up and minor maintenance (wobbly toilet seat and sofa coming apart at one end).
