Pros: The location is very good, the room was fully equipped, clean and big, the mattress was comfortable. There is also an elevator, which makes things easier.

Cons: The sink of the bathroom, one of the sockets behind the bed, and the locker on the door were loose, making them difficult to use. Also, there was only one big towel for each of us, no small towels. Although there is plenty of storage space, a hanger next to the door would be useful, as well as a liquid soap for the dishes in the kitchen.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, and the location is very good - you can walk to 2 supermarkets, Sao Bento train station and major attractions. The two bathrooms and the elevator make our stay very pleasant.

Cons: The room rates are higher than our expectations for Porto stays. We stayed for four nights and if the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, that will be very helpful. Also, it took us some time to figure out how to use some kitchen appliances. We suggest the apartment provide some manuals or instructions on how to use the appliances. Finally, the sound insulation is not good. We often heard our neighbors walking or making sounds.
