Pros: Very spacious, very comfortable apartment 50 meters from the Duoro River and within easy access of central Porto. We were on 2nd floor but avoided stairs cos there was a lift. The area always seemed safe too

Cons: Pillows and towels seemed rather tired and in need of replacement Pillow cases on all pillows too please!

Lovely apartment in excellent location

Pros: Great apartment in excellent location and good value for money.

Cons: The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. Not much in the way of necessities.

Perfect Porto position.

Pros: Excellent location and communication regarding check in and parking. Given its proximity to the bustling river areas it was rather quiet. Perfect for exploring Porto.

Good location with a pleasant outlook.

Pros: The location was very good. There was a washing machine and the apartment was nicely decorated with a pleasant outlook.

Cons: We asked for the closest public secure car park. They gave us the nearest which was about 100 meters away. What they didn’t let us know was the daily charge. For less than 48 hours stay it cost A$222 (over 100 euro). The shower head needs fixing as you can only hold it to wash as the holder sprays water everywhere if you try to secure it. The towels were threadbare and very small. They need replacing. The cleaner was still there when we arrived at the agreed time and the previous guests luggage was still there. We came back later.

Pros: Location and facilities were fantastic. Also Brunna was super fast answering and helping us with anything we've needed.

Pros: The apartment was like home with a fully equipped kitchen , utensils , gadgets , dishwasher etc. It is centrally heated which was nice in Early February. The location in the lovely Ribeira right across from the Bolsa Palace was the icing on the cake. We walked everywhere.

Cons: Even though there is a TV in the Living Room as well as the bedroom , There was no Netflix ,Prime or any other streaming available .

Pros: The location of the accommodation is absolutely great, close to all the beautiful places in Porto, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Historic tram to the beach and promenade around the river Douro. The apartment is well equipped.

Cons: A little bit tricky to find the key locker in the night:-) but it is a detail:-D

Super location in the heart of Ribeiria

Pros: Fantastic location a very short walk to the river and restaurants, it was really in the heart of things. We loved having a lift, and appreciated the washing machine…with instructions in English, so helpful. We also loved being able to open the windows and get fresh air.

Cons: The bed was saggy, we kept rolling into the middle, I think a new mattress is needed. You have to step into the bath to shower, there is a step which is very helpful, but you have to hold the shower nozzle, making washing one handed a bit challenging.

Value for money, perfect location

Pros: It was a lovely apartment right in the middle of everything that's important to see in Porto!
