São João Oporto Residence I & II

Lovely host. Great location but Would probably not stay again due to uncomfortable bed.

Pros: Love the apartment, nice and quiet location and nice sunroom to have meals in. Great location.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and sagging in on both sides. Really needs replacing. Kitchen was a bit tiny and hard to cook in as no bench space what so ever.

Lovely, cozy and calm flat in old town city centre

Pros: Fantastic location, great communication with staff, very clear instructions on how to enter building, lovely comfortable enclosed balcony, kitchen with all necessities, perfect size, even supplied a baby high chair - overall wonderful stay!

Cons: Only the walls are a tiny bit thin and as we were next to the lift, we often heard comings and goings and the last day a dog moved in next door that wouldn’t stop barking (obvs not their fault - but better insulation might have made it less disturbing)

Pros: The location was excellent. Around the corner from Santa Catarina. Next door to two cafe’s. If you book any day tours with living tours the drop location is at the front door which was a bonus. Within 15 walking distance to the river/bridge. ,10 min to the Cathedral shops, restaurants. The apartments had a security guard after hours which made us feel safe. The building and unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. Host was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. Tip: Pack a roll of toilet paper to avoid any inconvenience. Supply was limited

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Car park in the same building (garage) with elevator access to the rooms. Room consists od two bedrooms - one facing street with a full-wall windows and the other - windowless, facing the corridor. There is a living room with a kitchen, table, sofa and tv, and a bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, electric cattle and basic coffee maker (no capsules but drip). Host was helpful and friendly. Explained in detail how to check in and access the garage.

Cons: Noise from the busy street as the windows are not tight. Could be an issue in the bedroom facing the street. Bedroom facing the corridor was ok and quiet. Unfortunately there was a boiler malfunction and it was making terrible noise all night long. Next day host arrived and helped to overcome it (closing the water for night). Hope it was fixed by nie. There was a can with empty coffee bag in the kitchen. The building looks like former office building changed into apartaments. Elevator door is very loud and you can hear every word on the corridor - some people arrived at night and couldn't enter their apartment making a lot of noise.

Pros: Perfect location. In the middle of everything important, but on a street that is an oasis of tranquility. Perfect location indeed. Car parking is very convenient in an area like this, at no additional cost. They accept small pets and my dog ​​seems to have enjoyed his stay. The informations provided by the property owner were relevant and accurate.

Pros: We loved everything! Amazing stay! José is a wonderful person. He welcomed us in the best possible way. We really recommend this ❤️

Excellent for exploring Porto

Pros: Location and parking were excellent! You can explore the city on foot easily from here and you have plenty of great places for food nearby! Self check-in was good and we had no complaints.

un appartement à recommander pour ceux qui veulent être au coeur de la ville de Porto.

Pros: La situation géographique de l'appartement est idéal : nous avons tout fait à pied. Les commerces de proximité ou encore la stationd e métro pour accéder à l'aéroport est à proximité.

Cons: Une chambre sans vue sur l'extérieur : difficile pour les claustrophobes. L'isolation est très limite pour notre séjour du nouvel : heureusement le climat est doux !
