Porto Central City Heart I & II

Great location and value for money!

Pros: The teapot was very much appreciated! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Heat pumps in all the rooms.

Cons: The beds were on the firm side, which was fine by me, but a little annoying to others with me. No washer or dryer, but that wasn't included in the description so we weren't expecting it. However, it would make the place more attractive to people staying for a few days or longer...

Great location, improvements needed in cleaning and maintenance.

Pros: We could check in early because the apartment was ready, which was a great plus. The location was excellent, by the Batalha area and had the hop-on hop-off buses right in front of the building XD The kitchen had the utensils we needed and the rooms were spacious and airy during the heatwave. The check-in process was done through some whatsapp messages and everything worked with codes.

Cons: They had left dirty towels in the bathroom - they forgot to take them when cleaning the apartment, maybe because they rushed the check-out and check-in? There were also some dirty spots both in the kitchen and bathroom that we had to clean ourselves to feel comfortable. I was surprised we were only given 2 toilet paper rolls for a whole week and were told we needed to buy our own when I requested more. Communication with the host was non-existent the weeks before: when we asked a couple of questions, he didn't bother answering :( So basically, he didn't get in contact until it was time to check-in. Improvements: the water comes out of the shower onto the bathroom floor and it would be nice to have complete walls to the top of the rooms because right now there is a glass section at the top, so if one of us turned on the light at night, we woke up the person in the other room with the light.

Pros: Very good location, easy to walk around, close to the station, to the metro... José gave a very good explanation for the check-in and when we had a little issue he was very reactive : he immediately responded through the whats app and even came to our apt. Thank you ,José! It was a very pleasant stay!

Great location, great facilities, highly recommended

Pros: Great location, short walk to wherever you want to go, facilities exceeded expectations, clean, comfy bed, great shower, good cooking facilities

perfect location for seeing the tourist spots of Porto

Pros: a perfect location for tourists! All the hop on hop off buses start in front of the apartment, and you can walk to almost all the major sights. there are several grocery shops nearby, and also major market Bolhao. via Caterina shopping street is around the corner. Being in the arts, I also loved the 5th floor view of the hand-done tile production taking place in the building across the street. ps. the huge tile retail shop is at ground level.

Cons: one of the beds was so hard, we had to pile all the available blankets and doonas on top for my friend to get some sleep.

Excellent location

Pros: Great location - less than 10 mins walk to the Cathedral, Sao Bento station and Ponte Luis. Good supermarket nearby and many bakeries, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking.

Cons: Windows are thin, so light sleepers will be woken up early by the traffic noise.

Great place to stay in Porto.

Pros: The AC was great, the unit was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great.

Cons: The description said we would have cookies or chocolate and wine, and none were there. When we asked, they replied that they don't supply that. The sofa was dirty under the cushions, lots of food crumbs and even a set of beads, it was obviously not cleaned between visits.

Modern and comfortable two bedroom apartment in the heart of Porto

Pros: Located in the heart of Porto with easy access to all the sites, restaurants and shops.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a washing machine.

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment, very clean, great location. Very easy to check in. Excellent communication.
