Pros: The contact with the owner. Everything was clear and we knew we could ask for anything. The apartment was clean and really nice. Really comfortable beds.
Cons: It was a bit cold in the apartment and there were no blankets to cover while not in bed but it was not a big inconvenience

A very nice apartament next to Sao Bento station
Pros: The localization is excellent, next to the Sao Bento station, very close to the cathedral, the bridge and most of major attractions. There are shops, cafes and restaurants around. The flat in nicely furnished. There are 2 batrooms, and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. Even though it ts in a very center it was not loud. But we had windows closed in winter :) Anyway badrooms are not on the street side. The owners are very helpful. I would stay again.
Cons: Initially we had problem with power, whenever we turned the oven on the fuse went off. We were helped and then we figured out how to use the oven not to overload the electric instalation. Use it in fan mode ;) There were few minor things like some missing things in the kithen ( leaking mug, only 3 spoons), no dishwasher tablets available, just one garbage bag etc, but these did not spoil our stay :)

Great place to walk everywhere and lovely spacious apartment.
Pros: The location was great. We collected the keys from a central reception area an walked to the apartment. It was in the heart of Flores area near restaurants, a short walk to the river and many of the attractions available.
Cons: While we had an apartment, the washing Machine didn't work. We are on holidays and the time for anyone to fix the machine did not suit our schedule not did they try too hard to do so either.

Family trip to Porto
Pros: Excellent location, all mod cons, 2 bathrooms comfortable and clean. Very spacious. Great checkin service

Comfortable stay perfectly located !
Pros: Lovely light and airy space. The apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. Loved the decor and windows. It was ideally situated for exploring Porto.
Cons: The bathrooms could do with a little tlc. Some cleaning cloths and washing up liquid would be useful.

Comfortable and good value accommodations close to transport and facilities
Pros: Great location 3 min walk from Sao Bento Station. Lots of facilities close by for food choices and tour start points. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Check in staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Prefer a code lock for doors rather than keys. We were issued with one set of keys for two couples but to be fair we did not check if an extra set was available. Check in was 10-15 min walk uphill from property.

Four day holiday in Porto in February with family
Pros: The location was absolutely brilliant, 5 mins from the main station and a ten minute walk from the metro, which we had used to travel from the airport. The apartment was clean and spacious, there was plenty of hot water and the under floor heating was appreciated (we visited in February). We felt very safe in and around the streets where the apartment is located, with little to no street noise late at night, although during the high season this may well be different. The Wifi was very good and reliable and by no means a criticism but its worth pointing out that the apartment kitchen didn’t contain any basic items, such as dishwasher tablets, scourers and condiments like salt, pepper and hand wash which would have been useful. Plenty of toilet roll though which was nice.
Cons: We arrived in the dark and found it quite difficult to find the ‘ feels like home” office- i feel it could have better signage, fortunately there was a security guard working near by who was able to direct us to the correct building- once in the people we dealt with were lovely and very helpful. The one criticism for the apartment was the lack of glasses and mugs. The booking was made for 4 people and there were 3 wine glasses, also only 2 mugs, but maybe 5 or 6 tiny coffee mugs.
