ORM Praça Apartment

Pros: Very clean apartment, good location, really comfortable bed. The host was super friendly, we got lots of tips on what to do and visit in Porto and they answered all our questions.

Amazing place!

Pros: Amazing location! Quite an uphill 6min walk from the metro, but right in the middle of a buzzing little street. However I heard no noise at night at all (though I do use earplugs) as the bedroom is on the other side of the room. Lovely shutters kept 100% of light out too! We didn't end up cooking anything unfortunately but kitchen appeared well equipped, as was the bathroom. Great communication from the hosts, I'd definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Cons: Was on 3rd/4th floor with no lift, though it didn't bother us, but to be aware. Nothing else!

Pros: It was an amazing appartment. The balcony was perfect. The appartment was in a good place and next to a really good bar and Brunch places .

Cons: The contructions next to the room started at 7:20 in the morning, and we couldnt sleep anymore because of that.

Pros: Really nice apartment at really nice location. There is everything you need to spend some days in Porto. The hosts are very responsive and try to help as much as possible if there is a problem.

Cons: Apart from the fact that there were repairs on the roof and that the internet and television did not work at times (which was a problem for the whole street), everything else was fine.

We had a great stay in Porto and the apartment was perfect!

Pros: We loved the location of the apartment it was right next to lots of great bars and restaurants and close to the port and historic centre of Porto. It was also spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: I must admit, when booking this apartment, I wasn`t aware how great the location actually I`ve chosen! :) It was so perfect! I felt absolutely safe, the neighborhood is so lovely, artistic, with many restaurants, literally few minutes walking distance from historic landmarks... and the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful! looking at the small city museum on the square (the museum which I highly recommend everyone should visit! the entrance is free and the collection of tiles small but worth of seeing). Talking about the apartment, my first impression when entering was: Oh it smells so clean! and it is so bright with wide windows.. and it is very spacious and the same as on pictures... and it is equipped with all the facilities tourists might need... Well done people! Bravo!

We recommend this apartment, mostly for warm seasons.

Pros: - Good location (10 minutes from transportation to the airport) - Bars and restaurants in the area - The apartment was like the pictures and comfortable - We really enjoyed the little terrace

Cons: -There was not enough heating in the apartment (only air condition on the top of the bed which was not warm enough) -There was no heating at all in the bathroom. If you come during the winter you might be cold.

Cons: An open stairwell with no railing was a bit disconcerting.

Pros: The location is just amazing. The room is very cozy and clean. The building stair are really really old and amazing. The balcony of the top apartment has a stunning view over the square and is very nice to eat breakfast and relax.

Cons: Have in mind that there's a lot of night life just bellow your window. In this stay we also had neighbours that only arrived at 5AM and kept on ringing the bell until morning... Other than that, top place!

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful spacious apartment with lovely balcony. Right in the hub of all the good bars and cafes but soundproofing meant we were not bothered by the noise.
