Pros: Good location. Good space. Kitchen Good for breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom fan temperamental so Bathroom was damp. Could have done with extra pillows.

Pros: This is a studio apartment, as projected from the photos (no surprises). The location is great! 200 meters from Trindade metro station, so when arriving from the airport, there is no need for a taxi/uber. It is located near by many attractions, known restaurants, shopping centers and markets. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed for the stay, including dishes, pots and pans, silverware, oven and microwave, etc.

Cons: The wood floors are squeaky (make noise) also from the neighboring rooms, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. The cover of the bed's headboard is wearing. The materials from which the couch is made makes you sweat - I needed to cover it with a towel. The TV could be larger so it can be viewed better from the bed.

Very well furnished and equipped apartment. Great location. Will be first choice for future visit.

Pros: Judging from comments by other guests, I was allocated one of the better apartments and it was one of the best furnished and equipped in my experience of such accommodation. All amenities were available and spotlessly clean and even included an office-standard fire extinguisher and comprehensive first aid kit. The location is very central and a few minutes walk away from two Metro stations. It will be my first choice of accommodation for future visits.

Cons: A couple of intended helpful comments for the hosts. I suggest that the batteries for the TV and Air conditioning remote controls be checked on a regular basis and an English language news channel be added to the TV channel choice. I am not sure the low level hanging pendant light is a good or safe idea.

It was a great location and the hosts were available for anything I needed.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay very much! The location was great and perfect for walking everywhere. Although, I only used the fridge, everything was there if I wanted to do my own cooking!! The bathroom is very small and 0 counter space, but the shower was great, with lots of hot water!

Pros: Small old house with modern renovation in city center. Compact studio with all appliances you need to live for several days/weeks.

Cons: There was shower leakage for downstairs neighbors. Air conditioner is not working. Loud night people under windows (everywhere in Porto center). Very loud glass garbage collection nearby.

authentic, yet modern stay in the centre of Oporto

Pros: the apartment is centrally located so you can be almost everywhere by feet or by taxi; it has a functional kitchen, good darkness in the night to sleep comfortably, a functional climatization, it is clean, pleasant and relatively central. Markets, metro station, restaurants, shops, all is very conveniently located in a sort distance. The staff is great for communication.

Cons: Maybe if there were a washing machine in this particular apartment it would have been the most perfect one. However I knew when I booked that there wasn't one, so it is NOT an issue.

Pros: J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au cœur de Porto. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied : tout est à proximité – monuments, restaurants, boutiques, transports… c’est vraiment très pratique. Un grand merci tout particulier à M. José pour son assistance , attentionné et très professionnel. Cela a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, wygodnie i sympatycznie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wygodne przekazanie kluczy w skrzyneczce.

Pros: A localização é perfeita. Hospedagem boa, chuveiro excelente.

Cons: Falta iluminação na sala e cozinha. Instruções mais específicas do check-in, não me informaram que precisa pagar a taxa turística para ter acesso aos códigos de entrada na hospedagem. Chegamos dia 31/12, não havia ninguém lá e não conseguia contato com ninguém. Dps de várias mensagens e email ( ficamos quase 1 hora tentando), foi que recebi um email informando que precisava pagar a tx para só dps me passarem as informações dos códigos.... Se houvessem avisado antes eu com ctz já teria recolhido. E não avisaram nos e-mails, tenho todos para comprovar. Esse é um detalhe muito importante que deve ser repassado aos hóspedes.... Achei q ficaria na rua.... mas dps deu td certo.
