Host Wise - Oporto Classic Apartment

Comfortable and convenient - great instructions and responses from host.

Pros: Great location for staying in Porto, close to many shops and restaurants - walkable distance to the Douro River, Torre dos Clérigos, Sao Fransisco Church and Catacombs - among many other great sites. The apartment's washing machine was easy to use and was very convenient to have for halfway through our trip. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The apartment is just as shown in photos.

Cons: The parking situation was difficult - at no fault of the apartment/host. I would recommend arriving a little earlier in the evening to ensure securing a parking spot close to the apartment (our group arrived for a later check-in).

Great stay, beautiful city, fantastic location, great apartment

Pros: Great trip. The apartment was full of charm and brilliantly located. Porto is a beautiful city.

Cons: Communication from the host via the app was sometimes unclear. Some of the registration instructions missed key information and the host sent multiple messages before a full set of instructions was eventually given.

Pros: Everything, the host was super nice, the apartment was clean and had everything what we need it.

Cons: All the A/C made a noises all the time, that was a little annoying.

Pros: ,Lovely apartment, lovely host. The location is great, very central. A bit noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Great to have a washing machine.

Cons: Small thing. Breakfast, although delicious, was fresh rolls delivered daily. With ham, cheese and butter. Got a bit repetitive when you stay for many nights. Orange juice was delicious.

Pros: The apartment was really really comfortable and the location was good.

Lovely family apartment in the center of Porto

Pros: The apartment is lovely, spacious and super clean. It is ideal for the families with children. It has a fantastic location in the very center of Porto. All the main attractions are in walking distance. The area has a lot of restaurants and bars and have a great vibe. Air con works very well. Carlos is an amazing host. It's a fantastic idea to get fresh bake rolls every morning directly at the door step! :)

Perfect stay in Porto

Pros: The apartment was cosy and clean, and the location was safe and close to everything. Breakfast was included. We've got butter, cheese, ham, coffee, milk and orange juice, and fresh bread every morning.

Cons: The only small issue was with the second bathroom: it was hard to lock the door.

Perfect location for our trip, very clean apartment, host very helpful and informative.

Pros: The location was perfect for our trip. We did not have actual keys we had codes for the front door and the apartment door however we were met at the accommodation and given all the information we needed. There were maps of the area we could take which was brilliant at directing us to where we wanted to go. We were left the hosts number in case we needed it and were told we could contact them if needed. We did not need to as we had been well informed upon arrival. The bakery breakfast was left outside the door every morning, which was great as we did not have to think about our first meal of the day. We would return to this apartment.

Cons: It was slightly noisy at the front of the property at night time, and was busy in the morning however we were in a busy hot spot and it did not in any way spoil our visit.

Pros: Ciężko było znaleźć lokal dla ośmiu osób, ale jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Oddzielne sypialnie , wspólna kuchnia w której jest wszystko , świetna lokalizacja . Dla nas wszystko na wielki plus :)
