Gaya Avenue Flats - Elegant Contemporary Flats with Balcony

Pros: We had a lovely one week stay, the a flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Perfectly located next to the Jardim do Morro and very close walking distance to the center, along the metro line. The communication was always fast and very helpful between us and the host. We really appreciated accessing the accommodation with a code system, it is very easy and anybody can enter at any time without having logistical problems with keys and such. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable here so i can really recommend to stay at Gaya Avenue Flats!

Spacious apartment in Gaya

Pros: We lived the location, just beside the park and an easy walk or tram into Porto city. Everything was well maintained and had excellent facilities including a very well set up kitchen. The decor was beautiful.

Cons: The double bed was a little small.

Lovely and well located stay at Vila Nova de Gaia. I would come back to this flat.

Pros: Very light and airy, nicely furnished, clean, nice views.

Cons: I found the bed very hard and it wasn’t good for my back.

Pros: Great location to the port cellars, metro and the river.

Cons: Beds a little bit too hard and chairs dirty on the small balcony.

Pros: The location. Shop, bars, restaurants close to the apartment. The 2 shower rooms. We had everything that we needed. Good check in instructions.

Cons: The pillows were a bit too firm for us. Lack of coat hooks. The door lock for the room with 2 single beds was very difficult to unlock..

Excellent location!

Pros: The flat is located excellently. Walking to the bridge, the main attractions of the old town, having a small supermarket over the street and catch the Metro 3 minutes away. The flat is comfortable and with everything available for your needs. The two tiny balconies are not suitable for breakfast :) We still enjoyed our stay very much. We felt being very welcomed guests.

Cons: The house is not very noise proof. Depending on your neighbors, this could be annoying. If you are sensitive to street noise during your sleep, you should consider this. We got used to it after two day or so.

Nice comfortable stay during the christmas holidays, my family enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Like the classy feel of this apartment, very close to Ribeira, porto, Next to Jardim do moro and dom luis bridge. Enough food options nearby, good neighbourhood, multiple rooms including dining and reading/utility room... not to forget the welcome wine:)

Cons: There is a little bit of noise from the metro which runs right in front of it, which I think one can ignore.
