Marvellous view, comfy bed

Pros: Great apartment, clean, 5* location with priceless view over Porto. Very friendly host. Comfy bed. Would def recommend!

Cons: You should be aware of the fact that there's a rooftop bar right next to your appt. Literally 5 meters away. If you're very noise susceptible, this might not be the perfect place for you.

Perfect place to stay when in Porto. A fair price. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Everything was superb, and the host went above and beyond. The location was the best we have experienced on our travels and you could walk to everything. Highly recommend. We were sad to leave. Thank you Paula.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Beautifully appointed apartment in a fantastic location with great amenities. The host was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. I wish I could have stayed forever and will definitely book again!

Pros: The apartment is not big, but the size is fully sufficient. The equipment provides everything you could need on the road. The bathroom is downright small. For my two-meter figure, using the bathroom was not always easy. The location of the apartment is absolutely top, in the center of everything. Amazing views in all directions, everything is close by. It's hard to find a better place in this location. The owner of the apartment, Paula, is very nice. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived late at night. She left us a bottle of good wine as a gift and gave us many tips and advice. I can recommend.

Above Expectations

Pros: Paula is an exceptional hostess. She welcomed us and gave a comprehensive run down of the local restaurants. Above all she has provided umbrellas. You may wonder why I am so extactic about this. We stayed during the wettest start to October on record. The umbrellas were a godsend. The location is perfect. Glorious view over the Douro river to Porto town but slap bang in the middle of the port houses. None were more than 20 mins walk. Recommend: Taylors for full info on the history of Port . Ferreia for the tasting after the tour. Grahams for dining (Vinum restaurant) have the tasting menu.

Our stay in Vila Nova de Gaia

Pros: The host was very welcoming. The location was excellent. The view was fabulous. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped.

Cons: There are quite a few steps to reach the apartment. If you don't like music, you might be put off by the music from the neighbouring restaurant late into the evening.

Super ergonomic place in the great location

Pros: Location for sure, very comfortable bed, everything you need is in place, loved small compliments, good selection of cookware and even spices but there is no need to cook as all the restaurants are just a minute away

Cons: Not much to mention maybe just an automatic light on the stairs when you go down to the toilet would be helpful

Don't look anywhere else for your Porto stay

Pros: View to die for. The owner has thought if everything.and put every nook and cranny to its best use.

Cons: Really nothing to say bad at all. The workout going up and down the stairs was much needed. If you're driving there you can get pretty close to the front door to drop off luggage. Overnight parking is down the road at 20€ per day. Googlemaps works amazingly well.

Great view and location

Pros: The view was beautiful and Paula was very helpful for check in. The location is also perfect for exploring Porto and Gaia.
