Good location, nice for few nights

Pros: Good location and nice apartment. Easy selg check-in/check-out, which was comfortable. Big studio space for relaxing and cooking.

Cons: We didn't stay at our selected apartment due to some problems, but the apartment was changed without any additional cost, and we were thankful regardless of the situation. The apartment which we stayed in lacked bedroom space, its could not be closed and to move to the wardrobe and other side of the bed, you had to climb on the bed or go in a very narrow space. The bathroom lacked towel hangers

Absolutly lovely

Pros: They were flexible. They had a problem with the original location and they instantly relocated us without us having to worry.

Pros: Nice shared space, room is clean. Location is easily accessible.

Pros: Perfect location, very nice neighbourhood, close to the cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and the kitchen / common room was a good facility

Cons: We couldn’t close / lock the window in our room and that was not fixed during our stay even though we reported the problem. The issue was that there was a balcony right below our room and someone could easily reach our room and steal the stuff… The room was also very noisy due to the traffic right behind the window

Good room at very good location

Pros: Comfortable room, easy access to get in the room. Location very good (15 min walk from city center - mercado bolhao). Shampoo etc available in the room.

Cons: We noticed a smell in the room probably coming from the bathroom. When the bathroom door is open there is quit some noise.

Great place to stay in Porto

Pros: Good location, clean, good shower, kitchen and seating area. All very comfortable

Cons: You have no contact with a reception or any other people so it’s a bit remote.

Good cost-benefit

Pros: 2 days before our arrival we were told that our room had a plumbing problem (which happened to several guests before, judging from other reviews), and we were offered a different apartment (at Rua dos Pinheiros). So we didn’t end up staying in this specific apartment, but the apartment that we were offered was quite alright. It was central, good wifi and a good value for money

Cons: -the 2 persons bed was just two single beds together, which was not very comfortable for a couple -the pictures we received were not the same as the apartment. For example, one of the walls in the room had some infiltration and needed painting and on the balcony the chairs were not as fancy and comfortable as the picture showed - we found a huge spider on the wall - the kitchen cabinets didn’t have a handle which made them very difficult to open -in the add they showed us it was written they had a washing machine but there wasn’t any

Pros: Very clean 👌 and good location closed to public transport

Pros: I loved all keycode entries, and it really destressed my late arrival by delayed flight.Living room witch kitchen has cosy view on the porto street.

Cons: I was unable to open very heavy curtains, and single beds were really narrow.

A comfortable and great stay.

Pros: Great room and very secure. The bathroom was lovely. Everything was comfortable.

Cons: The beds were small (in width), and the curtain broke (which we reported immediately at the office).
