Pros: Breakfast was sufficient, Location Awesome. Extremely friendly and helpfull staff

Cons: No microwave to heat food

Pros: Room is very clean and comfortable. It's not far from the Metro stop and close to the center. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

We did enjoy our stay here, and yes I would stay again.

Pros: Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, very clean, great breakfast, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but also a pretty good location

Cons: We didn't get the information for getting into the property until we actually got there, and the cleaner let us in thankfully, we then received the details from the agent, so all is well that's end's well.

Pros: Good suites, easy to get into the centre of town, transport two stops to the centre of town. Room, clean and tidy, bed very comfortable with lovely crisp linen sheets. Continental breakfast was excellent. Vale for money.

Cons: Bedroom small but adequate.

Pros: My first visit to Portugal, in Porto, was a wonderful experience! It was my first solo trip, but I felt at home thanks to the staff at this location, always smiling and really friendly.🧡 The breakfast was varied and delicious, the room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. I slept like a baby 😁 The location was excellent, right next to the Luis I Bridge. I liked it so much that I booked two more nights here. I will definitely come back. Obrigadas❤️ Corina, Romania🇹🇩

Comfortable and conveniently located to many attractions in Porto

Pros: Spacious room, decent shower and good breakfast choices and helpful staff. Very near to Cais de Gaia and the Monastery where seems open events are had and we enjoyed “Gaia World Music”. The monastery has beautiful views

Cons: Curtains would not close properly letting light in, the multi-opening doors were a struggle to open/close as they had dropped down from framework due to weight. The side street had no real views and rubbish collection early doors on Monday annoying but part and parcel of city life :)

Pros: Breakfast very good,and the staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and bright. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Great air on, in the room. The Location was amazing. Minutes to key landmarks such as Ponte Luis Bridge, Jardin De Moro , cable car and Monastery. Very friendly local restaurants .

Cons: The breakfast was good , but simple. Same offering every day. A little more variety and the opportunity to make your own coffee would be nice.

Pros: Warm and welcoming staff. They were very helpful and even let us leave our stuff after we checked out so we could go to the beach without taking our luggage.

Cons: Unfortunately the rooms are not very soundproof, we were sleeping in a room on the ground floor next to the common kitchen and woke up every day to the noise of the lady preparing breakfast and other guests having breakfast.

Pros: Superb location, 5 minutes to Dom Luís I Bridge. Clean, quiet and cozy room. Nice stuff, however some problems with english

Cons: Breakfast could be better, to much sweet.
