Excellent

Pros: Excellent location to visit the city. No need for car/taxi but simply walk. The room is large enough for two. Elevator is available. Short and quick answer when asking question to the guest.

Cons: Breakfast delivered on time in the room. No enough coffee to appreciate it.

Pros: Looked better than the photos. Excellent location Lovely balcony. Extremely clean. Great shower, powerful and hot. Easy access. Great communication with staff. Provided additional quilt when requested.

Cons: Extremely noisy street at night time. Hard mattress. No riverview

A good stay at the City Center, almost all attractions are within walking distances.

Pros: The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the tube and train stations. There are many restaurants nearby and is in the heart of old city area. The room is spacious with a small living room.

Cons: There is no 24 hour front desk service, although there is a desk at the entrance. If you hv any request after 8pm at nite, there won’t be any replies nor responses from the landlord until next morning.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the city. Everything I needed was within walking distance, from restaurants to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and considering the price, it offered great value for money. Overall, a very good stay and I would happily return.

Cons: The only downsides were that there was no kettle in the room and the window view wasn’t very appealing, but overall it was still a pleasant stay.

Perfectly located city stay.

Pros: Perfect location and our rooms were on the back so quiet. Large space and twin beds for our family group was great. kitchen is at very top 4th floor plus circular stairs - there’s no sign in rooms to let you know.

Cons: Tiny bathroom. Shower heads need fixing as they kept sliding down/ changing direction of spray. Not enough hanging space/ hooks to hang towels to dry. Towels were not in one of our rooms on arrival.

Cons: As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a strong bleach odor, and it took several hours of keeping the windows open for it to dissipate. Noisy outside
