Amazing location and a great place to stay in Porto
Pros: Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from the metro. Most tourist spots were within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is nice, clean, and well maintained. The bed and baby cot were very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a big plus, especially traveling with our 20 month old. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. Ribeira and the Dom Luís I Bridge are only about a 3-4 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Porto.

Amazing
Pros: Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything from cutlery to all other amenities were very nice! Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Best accommodation I’ve stayed in.
Cons: Only thing I can critique, is that the shower didn’t drain so well.

Great central apartment
Pros: Great, comfortable, convenient apartment - in a nice location. Really nice place to stay
Cons: Picking up the keys and facilities for left luggage are quite far away from the apartment - which makes the location less optimal if you are only staying a few days

10/10 for location, and Porto was fabulous
Pros: The location and cleanliness. The check in process was very good and the gentleman was very helpful. Was extremely quiet considering the location.
Cons: As middle aged travelers the bedroom felt dangerous due to the stairs, low ceiling and glass rail. Was challenging going to the bathroom in the night. A bit light on kitchen equipment, and a washing machine would have been fabulous.

Good place for some nights
Pros: If you want to have a stay at the historical center, it’s your place. Nice staff, good communication
Cons: Will be better if we have entrance codes after purchase, not to wait them at the entrance in the street It’s good time to change the towels, they are so shabby for now

Lovely apartment but the managenent was a let down.
Pros: Nice apartment, very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and fantastic location.
Cons: Would be nice to be greeted by staff on arrival but the manager was late. Also no one to collect luggage in the office, only a cleaner who couldn’t speak english. Traffic given as excuse for lateness, surely if you live and work in the area you should know better and make adjustments so you dont leave your guests waiting. Found it a bit disrespectful.

Cool place to stay
Pros: Nicely modernised room, retaining parts of the charming old building with modern and quirky decor. Our room was a deluxe but still quite small, yet charming and included a coffee machine with a couple of complementary pods and snacks. Tv sitting area in small room outside the bedroom. High tech with ability to unlock doors with a swipe in an app sent through! Great Argentinian restaurant and gluten-free cafe very close by.
