Highly recommend

Pros: The room was minimal, brand new and super clean. The host is amazing! Self check in easy and smooth. Any of the points of interest is within walking distance; markets, restaurants and cafes down the street. I will definitely stay there again if I have to go in Porto again.

Fantastic short break in Porto

Pros: Great location, four minute walk to the metro. Large supermarket, two minute walk, with cafe for breakfast and other meals if required. Also close to great restaurants where we tried the excellent Francesinha, one of the local dishes which is a huge sandwich in sauce. Modern apartment with ceiling fan and great shower. The host, Miguel, responded promptly to correspondence and is a lovely person.

Cons: The bed was too hard for me, but Miguel provided an extra duvet to put under the sheet, which helped me.

Definitely recommend this room! Clean, comfortable, and worth the price.

Pros: The Room seems newly renovated. Spotless clean and value for money. There is a kitchen and seating area that you can use I suppose, as they have given us an access to it located just next to our building. The host was very responsive.

Cons: No chair inside the room where you can rest while not changing your outside clothes yet (maybe due to space constraints)and a place for your toiletries in the bathroom if you have brought your own. But they have provided a 2in1 liquid soap and there is a counter top in the toilet side. But not a deal breaker. And if you don’t like walking, you may need a ride from the popular tourist spots, but uber/bolt in porto are very affordable.

Modern and comfortable stay.

Pros: Everything was exceptional for our stay. Room was clean & instructions for self check in were delivered well & easily understood. Miguel was quickly able to solve a minor issue and made sure everything was up to par for us. Was very nice having the kitchen & patio area. Instructions for labeling food was clear and having a shared fridge for the little things (mustard, mayo ect) was convenient for us.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Good location, convenient to walk to many different transportation and food options. It is not too far to the tourist destination either.

Cons: Intermittent Wi-Fi disconnection. Taking the lift is fine, but it is very dark in certain parts of the stairs.

Pros: The host was very attentive and the organisation for us guests was impeccable. Everything was spotless, with thoughtful touches such as toiletries and water provided. Highly recommended!

Cons: The mattress was a little firm, and the soundproofing was quite light, so even minor noises from adjacent rooms could be heard.

Good simple clean room

Pros: We stayed two nights in private room. We saw the host very rapidly and he was very kind. The bed is comfy. Everything in the bathroom works fine too. You don't have a dresser but it's not a problem necessary. We appreciate our stay.

Cons: The only negative point is that it was very hot outside so it was very hot inside too. At least there is a ceiling fan. Also, there can be a little bit noise outside but it's the price to be close to everything. Super close to a grocery, close to restaurants and other things.
