Lovely Porto hotel

Pros: Location was great. Beautiful room , everywhere was clean. Good breakfast. Reception staff were really helpful and knowledgable Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Porto. The hotel was beautifully designed, lovely interiors. The room was very comfortable and clean, great attention to detail. There was a really good choice for breakfast and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Maybe add a kettle for tea in the rooms

Fantastic location with wonderful breakfast

Pros: The location is perfect - in the heart of Ribeira and walking distance to most places with a bus stop right outside. The Dom Luis bridge is a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is outstanding with an array of fresh fruits, cereals and breads plus pancakes and omelettes cooked to order. The staff are friendly and efficient and because the hotel is quite small it feels very intimate rather than a tourist trap.

Cons: Unfortunately despite the room being lovely it overlooked the road where the Portuguese pastime appears to be revving motorcycles until the early hours and the windows are not sound proof. Also the room really needs a wardrobe or somewhere to hang trousers/dresses. I found the pillows quite lumpy but that might just be personal taste.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Excellent central location. Good choice buffet breakfast . Friendly and helpful staff. Large size bedroom with lovely shower room.

Pros: Absolutely everything. This place is perfect. There is not one fault. We stayed for a long weekend and it was so sad to leave. I recommend anyone to stay here. The facilities are brilliant. There is a breakfast. You have a very comfortable room. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There is a taxi rank outside. There are several lovely things to do within walking distance. The city is beautiful. Close to the river. Plenty to do nearby. This hotel is perfect and in a great location. I wish I could check in at this hotel in every city I visit.

Cons: Not at all applicable. Apart from leaving. I did not like leaving.

Excellent hotel in perfect location

Pros: Excellent hotel overall. Brilliant location near the river, great comfort and delicious breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Excellent value for money. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Pros: Excellent location and a very spacious and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our reservation dates and they offered to change them at no extra cost, even though the reservation was non-transferable. The hotel is small but very comfortable and quiet, and they offer a fabulous breakfast.

Pros: The staff was very nice Young and friendly people with a good sense of humour The decoration of the hotel was simple but well achieved Breakfast was topnotch

Cons: The night staff receptionist wasn't particularly helpful regarding the information of the car park that is actually recommended by the hotel itself which I found a bit strange
