Comfortable stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and the breakfast.

Pros: Very comfortable and modern hotel with all the facilities we needed. Very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was amazing .

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very nice hotel. We liked everything. The location is very good. You can walk to all main attractions. It is easy to go there on foot. To come back, it is better to take a taxi. It costs about 4–5 euros because the hotel is on a hill. The staff is very kind, the spa is good, and the breakfast is very nice.

Pros: Great central location with nice city views. The friendly team is eager to cater to any and all guest requests. The downside was the lackluster lunch menu at the hotel restaurant and uncomfortable bed pillows. Recommend for a short business trip!

Pros: I generally give 10 in a review rating if the accommodation actually has the facilities described in the room. Hence it is really important to look at what each accommodation is offering and decide for yourself if this is what you are after. Not the fact that I have rated the accommodation 10. I am not looking for 5 star luxury either. When I travel for holidays I am looking for really basic amenities. The hotel stay was wonderful. The hotel is situated very close to Trindade light rail station and is the start of the line which goes to the airport. Extremely convenient. The room I had was generous and sound proof. Having an electric jug, coffee maker and refrigerator was very convenient. I used the pool a couple times to unwind after sight seeing. The staff were very helpful. The map they provided and recommendations on what to see were very helpful. I would rebook this hotel.

Pros: It was well located close to Trindade metro station and an easy walk to all city centre attractions. The bed was comfortable, (it was an actual double bed and not 2 singles pushed together) and the room was clean with sufficient storage. The only 2 slight issues I have was that it was advertised as a garden view, but it was just the back of other buildings and the food at breakfast was all cold, including the items on hot plates (which were switched off!), although there was an excellent choice available and value for money. You must try their Marry Me Porto Cocktail

Great hotel and location

Pros: Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, we slept like babies. The restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise!!

A great stay in a lovely city

Pros: Staff were excellent and very helpful, we had a couple of small issues whilst staying which they fixed immediately. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The room was clean, house keeping were fantastic, we even used the restaurant one evening which was very good.

Cons: For us nothing.
