Love our stay in Porto

Pros: Conveniently located close to Bolhao metro and market. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Accessible by lift and stairs.

Cons: It would have been nice if there were no fee for all guests—not just Accor Club members—to leave suitcases in the hotel storage after checkout, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Good and comfortable stay for shorter visit in Porto.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a small desk and fresh bathroom. Shower soap and shampoo is well refilled. Room is neatly cleant. Breakfast could include more choices, it's mostly various kinds of breads, and omelet was overcooked but it's ok. The staff in the hotel is very pleasant and nice.

Good location. Great stay.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Francisco . He gave a lot of recommendation on restaurants to go to , which turned out to be good. Assisted us on booking of train tickets and tours to go for. Ve ry patient and gave options. Really helps when it's our first time to Porto.

Cons: The air-conditioning to be user friendly as it was a challenge to operate it . Something simple with instructions in English would be great.

Wonderful staff and seamless checkin process.

Pros: The staff at the accomodation were wonderful, we booked this place at 11pm after returning to our previous accomodation to a complete infestation of cockroaches. You can imagine how distressing this situation was and the man who was working when we checked in made everything as seamless as he could to ensure no further stress.
