Pros: Lovely and clean hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were friendly, and albeit we only stayed one night we would consider returning here again.

Excellent value-for-money nice hotel in Porto

Pros: Everything! (I do not understand the criticism of breakfast, which for me was excellent.)

Cons: The pillow covers and the sheets are not made of cotton, or not 100% cotton, they are very slippery. They feel like polyester. During my sleep I sweated a lot because of that.

Great value and cleanliness, friendly staff. Just the noise issue. However it was low season so not so bad.

Pros: Location was great. Room was a nice size and practical. Bathroom size was great and towels and facilities were ample

Cons: The room was not sound proof and being near the lift, I could here people very easily and next door residents you could hear easily also. I think the door had too big of gap underneath and noise travels

Hotel met expectations

Pros: Perfect location on pedestrian street in city center. Few minutes walking from metro stations and big market hall. Good equipped room. Cozy stuff. Room met expectations.

Cons: You can hear sound/voices/noise from the corridor. TV without smart functions -> you can't connect your device.

Great hotel in Porto

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient spot: in a walking area, close to the city center but near to both public transportation (if you arrive by metro) and a drop off point (if you arrive with a cab/ride from the airport). When we checked in Angelica was super helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what not to miss.

Pros: Great location, in the center, but not in an area full of crowds, therefore we did not hear anything from the streets (compared to other places in Porto). The staff was great and with a smile, they even gifted us with 12 grapes for new years eve. They keep your bags even after check out, so you don't need any locker. Room was clean and bed comfy. Cleaning service daily.

Cons: The room had few places for storage, but luckly we had a small trip, so it did not bother us. For a longer stay might be harder if you bring lots of luggage.
