Lovely stay

Pros: Great location. Staff were super helpful - specially the one that does the night shift (sorry forgot his name). Room was spacious and comfortable

Pros: Good location in old Porto by Balhao Metro Station. The central Trindade hub is only about 5mins walk away. Restaurants and a Pingo Doce supermarket is close by.

Cons: A small point for older visitors. The hotel is an old building with several buildings. There is no lift, so access to upper floors 4/5 is via a staircase and then other flights of stairs.

Fantastic location

Pros: The view of the Chapel of Souls from my window. The location to the market. The bed was comfortable. Nice young man at reception

Cons: The air conditioner dripped water and wasn't cold enough.

Fab location

Pros: The location was fabulous! Really close to the centre of the city with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The Metro station is really close to the hotel. Staff were really helpful and pleasant and everyone spoke English! The room was small and well equipped.

Cons: The room was at the front and was really quite noisy during the night - didn't really bother me but it might be an issue for some!

Pros: This is our second stay in Hotel do Norte. This time we booked an apartment. It was well equipped and located (close to the hotel) in Rua de Santa Catarina which is Porto's main pedestrian shopping street. Hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. They held our luggage after we checked out.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. The location was amazing, with everything around. The room was perfect for a short stay, very clean, comfortable and affordable.
