Liiiving in Porto - Haven Pool Apartment

Pretty good but room for improvements

Pros: Great apartment with excellent facilities and conveniences. Everything required for a family stay

Cons: Basement bedroom was a lottle noisy so ear plugs required. Also pool has potential for a lottle crowding given the number of rooms/apartments woth only a few sunbeds and small pool. This element of booking i felt was a little misrepresented being called a private pool. We actually expected a 'private' pool if being honest.

Pros: Beautiful and specious apartment close to the local amenities and the historic centre. It is very well equipped and clean. Staff was really helpful when we needed help. We loved having change of towels/bedding halfway through our week long stay. The swimming pool was a great addition and we met some lovely neighbours there. I would highly recommend it!!!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and light, it has well equipped, there is all you need for a week with kids. The interior design is tasteful. The location is within walking distance to the larger center. The surroundings is safe unlike some other quarters in Porto.

Cons: There were a few things that we did not like much: The electronic device for the entrance did not work on a hot sunny day, it took us several unsuccessful attempts and an extra hour before the help from the company could arrive. The lady was really nice and helpful but our kids were very tired by the time we exchanged all the messages and were able to get the help. The second bedroom is situated on the basement level into a very busy street, you can here people and cars all night long. So it is very difficult to fall asleep. This room has another problem - it kind of smells. We could get rid of it eventually, but it took us 2 days with windows wide open (which brought even more noise from the street). Finally, the swimming on the roof is a shared outside pool for the whole block of appartments and is not very clean. You could spot seagulls drinking water from the pool and therefore it was dirty with their feathers and excrements. Impossible to swim in.

A hidden gem

Pros: Fantastic apartment air con pool netflix en suites large kitchen and large lounge . Uber easy to get from the apartment. Pool is fantastic

Cons: Apartment is on a hill but thats 90% of porto so was not a problem

Great option for a family break in Porto

Pros: Very well renovated apartment. Very well equipped with all type of appliances. There is a swimming pool in the roof. 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre. Staff always very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: The noise from the street. It's a busy street over night as well and sometimes unsettling in the downstairs bedroom. Not a problem with the upstairs bedroom.

Great charming apartment

Pros: Great apartment with a wonderful swimming pool. It’s a part of complex renovation, our compliments to the architector and designer.

Wohlfühl Atmosphäre in Porto 🌤🌦☔️🌈

Pros: Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Appartement gefühlt. Es isz sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauch. Besonders Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Zudem liegt es sehr zentral. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren, aber es ist nicht besonders störend. Alle elektronischen Geräte waren sauber und liefen einwandfrei. Im Souterrain ist es ein wenig feuchter vom Raumklima. Aber so ist es nunmal in Porto- es regnet hier viel. Aber der Raumtrockner und die Klimaanlage helfen schnell dagegen... Wenn wir wieder nach Porto kommen, werde ich wieder dieses Appartement buchen

Très bien mais très bruyant

Pros: L’appartement était propre / beau et très bien entretenu. Les équipements sont au top. C’est très agréable d’avoir une machine à laver ET un sèche linge. Il y a des volets dans le salon et des rideaux occultants dans la chambre du bas. L’appartement est très spacieux. La piscine était un vrai plus, partagée avec les autres vacanciers mais nous avons eu la chance de toujours y être seul. Liiiving a toujours répondu très vite à mes demandes, très réactif et dans notre langue !

Cons: Malheureusement l’appartement est situé sur un axe très passant de voitures, bus, camions ect… Qui roulent extrêmement vite ! Le bruit a vraiment été le point noir de notre séjour … Pas de grasse matinée pour nous et les enfants. Pour des gens qui vivent en ville et qui ont l’habitude pas de soucis, pour nous qui vivons dans une rue calme … Un enfer.

Super ophold, søde mennesker overalt, og en masse indtryk rigere.

Pros: Lækkert byhus med god plads. Dejligt med to badeværelser. Vi benyttede poolen rigtig mere - det var skønt.

Cons: Ingen papir i toilettet - det skal man godt nok vende sig til. Det vil være en fordel med flere skraldeposer i lejligheden.

Pros: Apartamento totalmente renovado con muy buen gusto. Cómodo, equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Ideal para las familias. Camas amplias y cómodas. Piscina privada con mucho encanto.

Cons: En general todo muy bien.
