Perfect central apartment for a longer stay!

Pros: The pictures doesn’t really do the fascinating architecture justice - we were happily supporting when we stepped into the apartment. It’s a perfect place for a longer stay! Kitchen has all the necessities, comfortable bed and it’s so nice that it’s so spacious. And the location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to most places with metro super nearby, and loads of Portuguese delicacies just around the corner. We loved our stay here!

Wonderful apartment.

Pros: A wonderfully spacious apartment in a fantastic location just opposite Bolhao Market. Communication was great throughout. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing.

Absolute Heaven

Pros: Everything. Lovely neat and tidy facilities, good location, appreciated the wine on arrival.

Cons: I wasn’t aware that there were keys left in the box near the front door until the last night.

We had a lovely trip and couldn’t fault the accommodation.

Pros: It was very centrally located and we could easily get where we wanted to from it. It was very clean and well equipped.

Cons: I found the mattress on the bed a little hard for my personal preference but it didn’t impact me too much.

Prime location to explore the old and new of Porto

Pros: I stayed on the 1st floor, Flat D. The apartment was spacious with high ceiling, very beautiful, clean and new, as shown on pictures. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Although there are some stairs to climb before you can use the lift, it wasn't a problem for us as we didn't have much luggage. Very responsive management team. Ivan has been very helpful throughout. We had some issues on paying the security deposit and it was sorted out. And when there was some noise upstairs at midnight, I emailed to the management team and they followed up immediately the next morning. Excellent location, all major sightseeing spots are within walking distance. The Bolhao Market is right opposite the apartment building. Despite its convenient location, it's surprisingly quiet at night and my husband and son got very good sleeps.

Cons: I'd say I like everything in the apartment but only have some recommendations to make the apartment more customer-friendly: 1. There can be a couple of hooks on the wall for hanging clothes and a hook for hand towels near the wash basin in the bathroom. 2. If a hanging rack is available. 3. My son and I have nasal allergy and we are very sensitive to dust and dirty. So it will be good if a sweep set or mop is available in the apartment, particularly for long-staying guests. 4. It'll be good if a dish drainer is available in the kitchen. 5. I didn't use the oven because I found there was no oven gloves.
