Strelitzia Apartment

Comfortable, suited to my means, pleasant.

Pros: Amazing location! Just a short walk away from this beautiful tiled building and a bunch of shops and restaurants. The place itself was so cozy. I was even welcomed with some Pannetone. I came in pretty late but the self check-in system was very convenient.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a bit more mugs and other kitchen items. There were only 3 mugs for example.

Value for money

Pros: The apartment location and the kindness apartment instruction.

Cons: The location is excellent — very close to the city center. We really appreciated the cake prepared for us, such a lovely gesture! Everything was almost perfect, just the blanket had a slight smell when we unfolded it. It would be great if the bedding could be cleaned more regularly.

Exceptional

Pros: Fantastic location, super clean and very comfortable. Plus staff were excellent with their communication- esp Teresa who made contact during country wide power outage to see if we were ok- even at midnight!

Pros: Everything was super clean and the location is amazing. Restaurants, cafes, sightseeing places, all nearby. Very helpful hosting team: great communication and guidelines on the apartment.

Amazing, cozy, perfectly located apartment in an extraordinarily beautiful city.

Pros: Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment, great location (it's situated right in the city centre but on one of the side streets, which makes it truly cozy). Very friendly, communicative and helpful hosts as well.

Cons: Everything was great - absolutely no complaints.

Cozy and convenient stay with Strelitzia Apartment

Pros: The host, Teresa, is very friendly and provide all the necessary information before our arrival. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The location is superb, you will have famous Majestic Cafe and shopping street less than 5 mins walk.

Cons: Suggest to have a good ventilation system in shower room.

Pros: The staff, especially Teresa, are super helpful and a delight to be in contact with.

Lovely apartment well located

Pros: The apartment was very well appointed, spotlessly clean and very well located. Dishwasher tablets and laundry pods were provided, and we were welcomed with a gift of port and cake. Shopping bags and an umbrella (which was very useful) were also thoughtfully provided. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from Bolhau Market and metro station, supermarket and great restaurants. It is a 10 minute brisk walk to the Ponte Luis 1 bridge and riverside. The hosts, Carla and Teresa were very friendly and helpful, especially Teresa who spent a lot of time trying to identify the noise from the next door building which disturbed us at night, and then resolving the problem. We requested clean towels halfway through our stay and these were happily provided. A full information book is in the apartment, full of local information and restaurant recommendations, and a couple of Porto maps are provided.

Cons: The apartment is very close to a food court restaurant and there is some noise from the delivery drivers waiting for orders all day and evening. However the food court closes at 11pm and so all is quiet shortly after. We were in the ground floor apartment and the entrance to the building and lift were just outside our door. We could clearly hear the guests in the other 5 or 6 apartments coming and going. If we stayed again, which we will if we return to Porto, we will stay in an apartment on an upper floor.

Both the property and the host made us feel llike home!

Pros: The host is so considerate and always happy to help us to solve any problems, which really decreased our nervousness. She sent some vedios to me in advance, which including the way to get there, how to open the door by door code, and any informations about sorrounding you might interesting in. Also the location is in the center but quite, we could take a good rest at night. Actually we even don't wanna leave on the check out day😂 Thanks a lot for making us like home again, Teresa Távora🥰(also thanks for the lovely cake on our check in day❤️)this place is so comfortable that I'll highly recommend anyone who visit Porto to stay here! And sincerely hope everyone stay here will value this place.

Prima appartement op toplocatie.

Pros: Een leuk appartement op een geweldige locatie. De communicatie ging soepel en snel. De attentie bij aankomst werd enorm gewaardeerd! Het bed was smaller dan we gewend zijn (1.40m) maar dat was geen probleem. Veel restaurantjes op loopafstand.
