Porto Premium River View II

A mix of fantastic and not so good

Pros: The location and view was amazing. The kitchen facilities were fantastic. Everything was sparkling clean and organised in the kitchen! Full sets of of all crockery, utensils and cooking containers were supplied. No bits and pieces. Even the knives were super sharp! The best kitchen on our holiday.

Cons: The bed. It was hard and uncomfortable and needs upgrading. We used the blanket on top of the bed instead of the doona and it wasn’t clean. There was also a strong musty odor in the bedroom. We stayed for nine nights and there was no offer to launder the sheets, towels or the one teatowel supplied. There was however an information sheet which stated that a change of towels would cost 15 euros. I’ve never stayed anywhere this long without this service being automatically available and this is not acceptable. We shouldn’t have to ask.

Great place to stay to explore Porto

Pros: Fab location with wonderful view of the river and Gaia. Very well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Great view of the party scene across the river.

Cons: Quite noisy on a Saturday night with the windows open. Bedroom quite small and lighting not great.

Wonderful visit - the apartment was prrfect for location views and comfort

Pros: The stay is just like the photos! Had an amazing time in the stay, enjoying the view over the river. It was really a cozy place 🫶🏻

A great location to stay in Porto

Pros: Fantastic location (with a view!) with a a nicely decorated flat and a nicely equipped kitchen.

Fantastic location and view of the river.

Pros: Fantastic location overlooking the river. Lots to watch from the apartment during both the day and the night. A few steps away from lots of restaurants and close to all tourist attractions. Would happily stay there again.

Cons: Nothing - all was good,

Pros: Spacious, well equipped and amazing views of river.

Pros: Standing at sun bathing balcony and marveling at picturesque view of Douro river. Many good books on the shelves including some that broadened my understanding to Porto architecture and history. Management also answered my questions promptly.

Cons: The sagging mattress may need to be replaced. Should provide more coffee capsules, at least two per person per day. No drying towels for dishes.

Perfect apartment to enjoy a few days enjoying beautiful Porto.

Pros: Well located with easy access to all things in ribeira. The view from the living room is fabulous with a balcony so close to the river. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The best view in Porto, excellent location right on the river.

Pros: Probably the best location in Porto with the best view of the river and the Port Wineries on the other river bank. The apartment is clean and well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is fine and the shower pressure was ok. The bedroom was fine. The living room has fantastic views of the river, we did not switch the television on because you can just watch the river activities day and night. At night the view of the opposite river bank and the illuminated monastery is fantastic.
