Aardige souterrain met zwembad in de tuin

Pros: Ligging was uitstekend, nabij metro en grote supermarkt voor verse broodjes. Ook waren er in de straat diverse cafeetjes en restaurants. Zwembad en tuin waren oke. Woonkamer gezellig in gericht.

Cons: Er was nauwelijks daglicht en luchtventilatie, betreft een souterrain. De wc en douche waren vochtig (af en toe een putjeslucht). Lastige trap vanuit het keldergat naar de tuin.
