Bien mais bruyant

Pros: Appartement très bien situé avec pleins de bons restaurants autour et très propre, très joli et bien agencé. Anaëlle nous a très bien accueilli et tout expliqué. On a même eu droit à 2 petits verres d'accueil !

Cons: L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Voisins, pluie sur le velux, bruits dans la rue (qui est une rue animée), tout est source de nuisance sonore. Prévoyez les boule-quies!
