Cons: When we cheked in there was a strong smell of sewage, but it has since disappeared the air conditioner didn't work

Short Stay Paradise

Pros: Absolutely wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it. All the monuments in Porto left us exhausted and this place was perfect to recharge us.

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with my very late check-in. They went above and beyond—employees like this are a real treasure. The apartment was in a great location, with everything within walking distance—just 10-15 minutes to the city center.

Cons: The only minor downside was that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, but it didn’t significantly affect my overall stay.

The location and cleanness were topnotch :)

Pros: The host was very friendly and kind and recommended some places to visit. The apartment was very clean.

Cons: It would be better if you replaced the TV with a smart one because we could use it at least. I think it would be better to put some more stuff like soap, napkins, shampoo, and, etc because we stayed for a week and had to buy extra. They told us that they come to clean the apartment for free but they did not show up.

Great stay

Pros: Great stay, we were welcomed with coffee pods, tea and hot chocolate. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfy. Generally the apartment is well done and you have everything you need. The bathroom had all the amenities, shampoo and shower gel.

Cons: First I did an online check in, provided all the information and then was contacted by the property to let them know 20 minutes before arrival to the apartment... I think that for a tourist, this was hard to calculate. It was raining for a bit, and the drain pipe was making loud sounds throughout the night. Maybe it would be useful to have a closet for clothes, we were leaving our clothes below the tv.
