einfache , aber gut ausgestattete saubere Ferienwohnung.

Pros: einfache , aber gut ausgestattete saubere Ferienwohnung. die Wohnung liegt in einer ansteigenden Einbahnstraße, in einem relativ ruhigen Viertel nahe der Altstadt, mit gemischter Bebauung. Das Umfeld besteht aus gepflegten, machmal etwas runter gekommen , aber schöne Altbauten, achitektonischen Betonfehlgriffen und auch verbrauchten alten ruinösen Häusern.Die Fenster blicken nach Süden auf einen ansteigenden, wilden, schönen Hügelgarten und nach unten auf einen unschönen Innenhof. Das Haus ist hellhörig aber man kann ruhig schlafen in ausreichend großen Matratzen. Das Bad/WC ist klein und das WC Becken steht eng neben einem Bidet. Zur Heizung gibt es 2 Elektroradiatoren und im Bad einen elektrischen Wandheizkörper. Joao der freundliche Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen, uns die Wohnung detailliert erklärt und uns sehr gute Tipps zum Einkaufen, zum Erkunden der Stadt und der Umgebung gegeben. Er war immer kommunikativ und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen umfassend geantwortet.

Cons: Mit ein paar passenden Bildern an den Wänden würde alles gemütlicher wirken
