A fantastic place to spend New Year’s in Porto.

Pros: BN Apartment Loftpuzzle was clean, comfortable, spacious and very centrally located. The puzzle inside the apartment contained the bathroom, kitchen and storage, and made excellent use of space. The hosts were friendly and charming, even popping over to help me understand things. We had everything we needed there, and so much more.

Cons: Nothing bad. The apartment met all our needs. But guests should be aware that the lift only starts on level 1, so you do have to climb one floor of stairs, carrying your luggage.

Cons: Not convenient shower (noise from water) and lack of hooks for clothes inside There is a hook at the shower door - 1 for clothes and a towel. If you open the door after taking a shower, everything will appera on the floor that can be wet. Strange box concept for the kitchen - you can't unserstand where everything is located You should open strange doors and cook with them open - awful Light in the cooking area is not comfortable - if you switch it on, there will be light above sleeeping places Very loud cleaning people who come early at the next doors There is a time table for checking in - we choose the earliest time but when we come to drop our luggage the woman told she has a list and can not let us earlier - eveidently she is one who gives the keys in several apartments - ridiculous. She was unplesant in communication The second bed that is close to the kitchen has awful deformated matress - please, throw it away or suggest to sleep on in to the landlord

A perfect handy apartment for a family in Porto

Pros: We went to Porto with our girl who is 1 year old and the apartment was so comfortable. Our girl could play in the living room area while we were cooking and looking after her. The location was also great.

Cons: The construction works in front of the apartment were a bit noisy in the morning and there was not good accessibility (there is no lift between ground floor and first floor).

Pros: I liked that it was a central apartment in a safe area even late at night.
