Best Central Apartment
Pros: Great location, literally minutes from São Bento Metro, was approximately 45 minutes from airport. Plenty eateries and bars beside apartment, lots of choice. Well named apartment as it was definitely bright & spacious. Extremely high standard of furnishings, linen immaculate, kitchen & utility room facilities outstanding. Everything from washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Internet great, heating options superb particularly as our weather was poor, wet & cold outside, lovely coming in to a warm home. Lift available or stairs if you choose. Clear instructions for access to building and lock box for apartment keys. Building secure, entrance & building throughout spotless. Overall a great apartment for a very comfortable stay, would highly recommend to anyone. The photos shown are exactly as apartment looks, honest reflection.
Cons: Loved it all, nothing to dislike.

Pros: It was huge! Lots of space, everything you could need and in a perfect spot. Quiet despite the construction around and in a busy location. It was a great base for exploring Porto.
Cons: The AC was a bit loud, but effective.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay — the apartment is comfortable and located in a great neighborhood with everything nearby. It was a good base for exploring the area. Just a small note: there’s some construction happening outside, so if you're sensitive to noise or like to sleep in, keep that in mind. Overall, a nice place to stay. Thank you!

Spacious and well equipped, great location!
Pros: The apartment is extremely well located, very large and decorated very nicely. Everything in the apartment works and is as described in the listing. Very easy to get to the station for airport / train connections as well. Self check in was easy and communication with the host was great.
Cons: As others have mentioned, the portable air conditioners are very loud but I found that having them on during the day (when I was not there) with the blinds down kept the flat cool enough to not use them when I was there. Adding fly screens to the windows would be a good addition (there were mosquitos so I didn't open them for long periods which was a shame as the windows are a great features and would let in the breeze). There is still construction noise from the new metro but it was not an issue for me. The kitchen did have a bad smell that I could not work out where it was coming from (could do with a deep clean maybe?) but keeping the door closed meant it was ok.

Perfectly located for all the sights of Porto and a very comfortable modern apartment with an amazing host.
Pros: We had a wonderful welcome from Ani, who gave us the full lowdown on all the facilities and provided a very helpful brochure for where to visit, including local restaurants, bars and hotspots. We couldn’t have been looked after any better and felt very comfortable during our stay. The apartment is well located for all the major monuments and sights which makes it very easy to walk around Porto. There is a very useful supermarket and green grocers opposite which meant we could cook in the excellent kitchen most evenings. It was very useful to have additional space in the apartment as we have a small baby but it could easily accommodate two couples. We will definitely return to PIA if we come back to Porto.
